However, I’m still having mistakes so I’m thinking it’s not the best for me. But, it doesn’t smell or taste bad in my opinion. You do need to make sure you consult your doctor first before taking especially if you are on medications or have any health issues.

I feel a bit more focused while taking this, but it is hard to tell if it is the pill or the idea of it working. I will continue using it and see what happens.

I've been using Alpha Brain off and on for 2 years. I mainly use it when needing to do high level focused work, studying, or research. I'm 39 years old at 210lbs and take two capsules in the morning with a cup of coffee. I take periodic breaks from vitamins and supplements to make sure I'm not over doing anything. I definitely see a difference in things as simple as spelling words, talking to others, and the level of focus I'm able to achieve when taking Alpha Brain. As for short term memory, well that's never going to get fixed in my case, but I definitely am able to comprehend things faster and easier on Alpha Brain. I wasn't a believer until I was off it for 4-6 months and then went back on it 2 weeks ago. Major improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to Influenster for letting me try Alpha Brain – daily cognitive support supplement. I was curious about this product since I read about how it helps with focus, concentration for work and study.
 I gave it two tries (both are in the morning), and sorry, it didn’t work for me. I didn’t notice any improvement in focus. The only thing I had was a strange, fluttery sensation (the feeling is like when you have too much caffeine).
On the first day, I had my usual morning coffee with breakfast (which normally feels fine), and I had that fluttery feeling. So the next day, I tried Alpha Brain without any coffee (still had breakfast), and still had the same reaction. It wasn’t energy but a jittery, unsettled feeling. I let my sister try it if she could see any difference, and she didn’t experience the fluttery side effect, but she also didn’t feel any noticeable benefit. Overall: 
While I really wanted this to work, it just didn’t suit my body. Of course, everyone reacts differently, so it might work for others, but for me, it’s a pass.
