I gave Alpha Brain a shot for 4 full months. Did not see any results whatsoever. Absolutely no change in focus or memory. Very disappointing as I was hopeful I would feel a difference even so much so I originally signed up for subscription. I have since cancelled and will not be reordering

This is for cognitive function which I needed as I tend to not have focus on my tasks and I do tend to forget things easily, I feel like I have been having a sharper focus which is great for school days. The packaging is great and the value as well. It’s worth it.

I purchased Alpha Brain 3 weeks ago for my less verbal Husban who is suffering from memory lost, I noticed this week he's beginning to recognize being home and names of the streets in our neighborhood. I CAN see more of an alertness just this fast.

I’m so glad that I found this product! I work in a high pressure, fast paced work environment and Onnit Memory and Focus has been a tremendous help without the caffeine influence which helps since I’m caffeine intolerant. I especially noticed an improvement in my memory recall ability. Excellent product!! I highly recommend it.

Some days I felt a slight improvement in alertness, but other times I didn’t notice much of a difference. It’s hard to tell if it was the supplement or just a placebo effect. I do like that it’s made with natural ingredients, but the price is pretty high for something with inconsistent results. Might work better for others, but it wasn’t a game-changer for me.
