I also noticed a difference in my ability to lock in and focus on tasks. Way more engaged. Did not make me sick. I also don’t take with food. Just take it right after my morning coffee and wait for it to kick in! Definitely recommend!

The capsules are on the larger side however I found them easy to swallow. There was no taste or aftertaste. I only received a 14 day supply so my experience is based on limited use. I didn’t notice a difference in memory, focus or clear thinking. However, I realize it may be due to using for only a short time. I did experience some nausea after taking for a few days. If I continued to take it I would look into taking half the dose as the dose on the package stated 2 capsules per day and possibly work my way up to 2 in an effort to reduce the chance of nausea. The price point is on the higher side given that it is sold in a 14 and 45 day supply. Unfortunately, I am unable to recommend this product based on my limited experience.

I started by taking one daily and did notice I was more clear headed and focused. I also didn’t feel the need for my mid day energy drink which was a plus. I think taking one a day is good for me and also for my wallet. If taken as directed the bottle will only last 15 days. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have an off putting smell. My only issue is the maltodextrin in the ingredients. This is a carbohydrate that is often used in “sugar free” items. I don’t understand why it’s in these. I also don’t know how much per dose is in these. I didn’t have any negative side effects from these but maltodextrin does usually give me stomach issues. If it doesn’t bother you then I think this is a great supplement to try but for me personally I will be looking for something similar that doesn’t have added maltodextrin.
