When you 1st get them ONLY take one for the 1st couple days or you might get nauseous. But yes it 100% works, it gives you a kind of euphoric feeling for the 1st few days, nothing crazy but it feels great. I feel best after taking magnesium glycinate at night, getting a solid 8 hours then wake up NO CAFFEINE for at least 1.5 to 2 hours. Take Alpha Brain with a snack and drink a liter of water. Then drink caffeine as Alpha Brain is kicking in. ITS THE BEST.
