I did take less than what it said to. Otherwise, I felt a little nauseous. Price is a little much, but it's worth it in the end if it works for you. Bottle only comes with 30 capsules and directions are take 2 daily. That means I only used for 15 days and really not enough to see it truly works, unfortunately. Did not have any bad side effects, easy to swallow, no after taste. Would have needed to try out for at least 2 to 3 months sadly not enough product.

What I CAN say is that the capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave an aftertaste. Since they’re caffeine free, you don’t have to worry about any jitters nor do you have to change your normal caffeine intake which is always a win in my book. Did I suddenly have laser focus when tackling projects? Nooo. Did I manage to remember my parents’ anniversary day for a change? Also no. When I first started using alpha brain I did feel like I noticed an increase in focus and short term memory but after a few weeks i noticed no difference in days i took it vs days i dont and after a few days of non use felt like i had harder times focusing than i did before i started using the product. Could all be placebo could work but my body builds a tolerance. Not sure but I have canceled my monthly subscription because to me it dosnt seem worth it. Just my opinion
