As someone who works from home a lot and has a job that requires a lot of mental capacity, this product has been life changing. It definitely has made me think clearly, even when I’m overwhelmed or if I’m having a long day. I have to say make sure you accompany this with a healthy meal. I did take this after having fast food and it did upset my stomach a bit. It’s a simple capsule so this product doesn’t really taste like anything and it’s easy to digest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best use of this product for me is taking it on an empty stomach. The pills are rather big and the serving size for the value is small. It does however work to a degree but this pep only lasts for 30 minutes for me (as a petite woman).

Definitely won't be taking more, and when looking at other reviews, I saw a lot of people felt the same. Not sure what it is, but they may need to recheck their formula...

As a college student who is working a night job and also competing in kickboxing, there are times when it is hard to focus in my class. Now whenever I have had a hard sparring session the day before and work was hard, I pop three Alpha Brain before class and I am laser focused. I feel sharper, I can express myself better, I can finish assignments faster and even have better reaction skills while playing video games. This product is phenomenal! Plus at the end of the day, my dreams are crazy awesome!

Some days I took it and felt more alert and high cognition. However, on other days, I took it and didn’t notice any benefit or change. I think results will be personal for each person.
