After listening to Joe Rogan i gave AB a trial & i found, i am calmer under pressure (takes away my usual aggressive edge), more able to process multi-tasking objectives, can construct a flow with the complex linguistic patterns in my studies (NLP & Hypnosis) as i write, which is usually extremely difficult for me and my dreams are indeed clear, lucid & recallable. The price seems quite expensive to me, but it does deliver what it promises. The packaging is well presented and is dark, which protects the contents. The taste, being a capsule, has no flavor and the aroma is very mild, I don't dislike it at all. The ingredients are difficult to pronounce and write, but they are compatible with most diets.
