Hard to describe, I'm aware it could be a placebo effect, but after a few weeks of alpha brain I started feeling sharper. I read and study a lot, and I noticed a difference in my ability to learn and the clarity of my recall. How much more? Hard to say, 20% improvement? I look at as give your body protein after a workout to ensure it can rebuild the muscles, and the right nutrition for the brain to repair/create connections. It's surprising how much people care about skin products, protein shakes etc. but have nothing in their kitchen for their brain. I'm going to reorder 90 days.

Unfortunately it doesn’t work for me. I wish it did but I’m still just as tired and unmotivated after taking it. I guess it doesn’t work well for someone that has adrenal issues and thyroid issues. But my hopes were high. It does have some really great ingredients though.

Alpha brain helps my brain to fire the way I feel it should in perfect health. Communication skills are significantly increased, much like how caffeine is portrayed in media, and with no negative side affect unlike a high dosage of caffeine. Serving size is 2 capsules per day but I find 1 provides a the desired effect for a shift at work.

It is rather expensive for what it says that it does, and in researching the "proprietary blend", find it to be woefully underdosed. I fell victim to an amazing marketing campaign, and would have purchased a different product had I the chance to go back and do it again.

I have tried other nootropics before, but they always had caffeine in them, which turned out to be mainly what I felt, and the problem with those is eventually you build up a tolerance to them, just like with caffeine. These are different. The mental effects are similar to caffeine, but you feel it EVERY DAY, and they really help to get you into and keep you in a “flow” state. Also you know that what you’re feeling is really from the nootropics, not from something harmful like caffeine.

I used alpha brain for one week consistently and I did not notice any change in memory or cognition. I would wake up and have 2 alpha brain capsules every morning on a empty stomach 30 minutes before breakfast. I did not feel any different and as much as I love onnit products this one just wasn’t right for me sadly:(

Very happy and satisfied with this. I read the reviews from others and would offer that there’s obviously differing views of how it effects you. For my memory, concentration and especially creativity, it works fantastic! My wife and I did a first run trial and both of us agreed to sign up for the subscription. Focused clarity and refreshed insight into the creative aspects of my thinking when I’m working.

Very happy with Alpha Brain and the focus it sends my way. I manage 9 satellite kitchens and I am convinced Alpha Brain helps me remember tasks, focus on the flow of procedures, and above all clearly communicate with my staff. I have yet to have any funky dreams but my word usage, and retrieval, has changed. I will try some of their other products.

Pricey but is pretty great. Dont reccomend the instant, due to taste. But mix it with a mio and its fine. If the medicinal taste wasn't present, perfect product. No high or jitters, only clarity that isn't apparent till you're in the zone. Great job.

I normally don't fall for podcast advertising or "Celeb" reviews but Rogan got me! Lol I have to say I was super impressed after just a few days on this stuff. I'm definitely more focused for sure..razor sharp focus especially when I take it w my coffee. Memory is slightly more on point. It seriously improves my mood too. drastically. I'm on my second bottle now. I highly recommend! Thanks Rogan and Crew!
