I didn’t notice much right away but when I did I felt mentally energized even if I physically wasn’t. There definitely was a change for the better that s for sure.even people that know saw a difference in my mood and just my well being. I can’t wait to order more

One of the jars was broken, let’s blame the post office for that. My wife got sick while trying it. I got mild nausea but still decided to continue taking them. I got over the dizziness on the second week, and I do feel less foggy from time to time. Not taking in consideration my wife’s bad experience, I would probably reorder if it wasn’t crazy expensive to ship them to Canada. I hope one day they can get a Canadian distributor.

Alpha Brain not only keeps me focused and persistent throughout my day, but also gives me some added confidence when talking to people and overcoming my daily obstacles. I just ordered my second bottle and I can tell this is the type of product I will continue to keep using for months or years to come, whether it’s daily or just a dose before a big meeting, I’m very satisfied with Alpha Brain!

I’ve given this supplement a good shot, I haven’t missed a day of it since it arrived. Unfortunately I have not experienced any positive or noticeable affects. I’m disappointed that the cost was so high and I’ve not experienced any benefit. I won’t be purchasing any more.

Consumers… This product took me 2 or 3 days to begin feeling the effects you’d expect. It was not like lighting strike, but more of a steady good onset of focus and energy. I did not experience the hundreds of adds and people posting online had with this product. However, there was a noticeable boost in energy and focus. But not to the levels at which I believed from all the testimonies I’ve read and watched. Never experienced any nausea or anything like that. I feel like anyone taking a new supplement should expect some minor side affects as the body adjusts and absorbs something new. Eat a small meal with or before taking this. I eat something simple as a banana and maybe a protein/nutrigrain bar and have never had any adverse effects. Happy with the product all around, great job Onnit.

I took alpha brain for a couple weeks and noticed by the end of my workday. I still had some energy and more clarity. Recommended to a friend gave him a weeks worth to try, he did. Said he thought he felt better but not sure. A week later he went and bought his own bottle and now takes daily as I do. good project.

I absolutely love "Alpha Brain" i started taking it about 30 days ago and i have to say its a very awesome 10% boost to what my brain already was functioning at ... ps. im 100% sober, don't drink caffeine and am already driven and focused... and i can honestly say that it does give me MORE DRIVE & FOCUS to do what i already do on a daily... 10 Stars!

I’ve bought this twice and will buy it again in the future. I was skeptical at first as to if it actually worked, but I can definitely notice a difference. I feel like I can speak easier with it and don’t have a cloudy head, and I take less than the recommended dose. Overall I am very happy with it.

I almost gave it a four star due to the price ( it’s on the pricier side ) however it’s effective. There are one or two options on the market that are a bit less but this one has a edge on them in the sense that it seems to also give a sense of well being as well. When I have the budget to buy these on a regular basis I would love to I’m just not making that kind of cash yet. If you have it get it though because it works. Don’t expect immediate results when you first start taking it once you’ve taken them for a week or so (everyone’s body is different) you’ll start to notice the effects kick in.

Its a mild pre workout... atleast the jitters arent there from all of the caffeine. the first two says i noticed the difference a bit, but was nothing more that a bit of awareness. After 2 weeks, ive noticed a great change in my work performance and my focus to detail. It isnt a major shift, but its enough for me to keep buying Alpha Brain. I 100% recommend this product as long as you know going in, that you arent going to be met with the tingly sensation of caffeine or an aggressive change in your body... once again, im only 2 weeks in.
