I used alpha brain for one week consistently and I did not notice any change in memory or cognition. I would wake up and have 2 alpha brain capsules every morning on a empty stomach 30 minutes before breakfast. I did not feel any different and as much as I love onnit products this one just wasn’t right for me sadly:(

Kind of shocked it actually worked. Not only did it work, but results were same day. I have tons of energy without those caffiene jitters. I do recommend taking it first thing in the morning. First dose I took was mid afternoon and it did affect sleep that night.

I really thought that it was one more of those vitamins, but I gave it a try and I can give you my testimony that this one really works. Start my day with this and I feel great. I work in a busy field where my job is to give tours, handle tough phone calls and give presentations. It is important to be sharp in my thoughts and in my words. Alpha Brain is a huge help. I wish it was a bit cheaper, and would get it more often, but it is a big help.

Consumers… This product took me 2 or 3 days to begin feeling the effects you’d expect. It was not like lighting strike, but more of a steady good onset of focus and energy. I did not experience the hundreds of adds and people posting online had with this product. However, there was a noticeable boost in energy and focus. But not to the levels at which I believed from all the testimonies I’ve read and watched. Never experienced any nausea or anything like that. I feel like anyone taking a new supplement should expect some minor side affects as the body adjusts and absorbs something new. Eat a small meal with or before taking this. I eat something simple as a banana and maybe a protein/nutrigrain bar and have never had any adverse effects. Happy with the product all around, great job Onnit.

Shipping is as quick and I had no problem with the packaging. The actual product though….? It did absolutely nothing for me. I took it the way the directions recommended and never noticed a difference. If the product really does work, then this would be a quality control issue, or if the product was exposed to heat and a long shelf life before being shipped out, then it would also kill all effects of the product. At this point, from my perspective, I feel like the product is all hype and does not work, so I wouldn’t recommend or buy this product again.

It definitely have an extra edge of energy clarity and focus and glow. Nothing crazy, but I take high grade lions mane, cordyceps, L-Theanine, turmeric, Chaga, reishi, mushroom D2 & zinc already.. sometimes also take Genius Gamer and don't recommend mixing the two, unless you're in a high energy situation, it's too much otherwise. The fact that I noticed a slight edge over my normal stack is why I give it 3 stars.. maybe if it's the only thing you take it makes a bigger impression. Overall a solid mixed nootropic.

This stuff really does the trick! As long as you take other vitamins that do your body right with this supplement, then Alpha Brain can be very beneficial. It’s more of a mental focus than a body boost for me personally! Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for something new!

I got this just before the COVID pandemic. It’s been great while I work from home. I stay focused in a house full of distractions and it really helps with my lunch time workouts. No side effects, jitters, headaches or upset stomach like you get with some supplements.

i take it every morning. my mind is kind of all over the place. and this gives me the ability to calm down and focus when i need to. it helps me i feel to get through the tasks. with out letting my self get distracted with all that is going around me. normally i am getting pulled away with every little distraction. i dont eat breakfast. so i did notice that if i did not drive enough water that it would upset my stomach just a little bit. it never hurt or made me nauseous but i did notice it was a bit unsettled and by drinking water it it calmed down pretty fast. it was not a couple of sips but i had to drink a few cups of water to calm things down. i am ordering more as i do feel this is a benefit.
