Been taking Onnit’s Alpha Brain for a couple weeks now and I'm really impressed. I've noticed better focus during the day and less mental fog, especially when I'm juggling a lot. It doesn't make me feel jittery like some other supplements either. Just a clean, clear boost when I need it. Definitely adding this to my daily routine.

I was not sure about this product but after trying numerous test boosters I decided to give this a shot. Since the first use I find myself more focused and able to clear that morning fog in my head. I’m also much more motivated to get going with the day. I believe you have to kickstart your body physically in order for this to work. If you take it and then sit. It will do nothing. You have to get your blood pumping and bam! You’re on fire and solving problems with ease. I highly recommend.

The first thing I noticed when taking alpha brain is that my mental math skills increased greatly. Almost like muscle memory from when I was a carpenter and I added and subtracted fractions everyday. I also find words easy to find in conversation and memory recall is still increasing.

All it did was make my girlfriends head even foggier. She did not notice any possible effects unfortunately. I even tried it, and all it did was give me a headache. Very unfortunate because we really wanted this to help her and her memory and focus problems, but they only made them worse.

My experience is middle of the road. I'm not sure if its improving my memory or focus. Not to say the product is bad in any way. I'm just not sure if my expectations were too high. And maybe my metabolic make up is unaffected by the product. Again, middle of the road.

I've tried a number of different cognition supplements and Alpha Brain stands out. I didn't know how sluggish I was until I didn't have it. Now that I've got it back, extremely noticable. In a fast paced environment there is no other way to feel like I'm Onnit. Getting good sleep is a must, if you want to see the most benefit you cant be running on empty. This product helps a lot, but you must help yourself too.

I'm a poker dealer, and I've noticed a significant difference in my ability to focus since I've started using Alpha Brain... Something also worth noting is that for those of you truly looking to maximize your focus/attention, nothing beats 40 minutes of aerobic exercise daily. Get yourself out of breath, run. If you're like me, as most of you visiting Onnit probably are, you're going to want to get in your exercise + Alpha Brain and see massive changes. It's worth it.

Its a mild pre workout... atleast the jitters arent there from all of the caffeine. the first two says i noticed the difference a bit, but was nothing more that a bit of awareness. After 2 weeks, ive noticed a great change in my work performance and my focus to detail. It isnt a major shift, but its enough for me to keep buying Alpha Brain. I 100% recommend this product as long as you know going in, that you arent going to be met with the tingly sensation of caffeine or an aggressive change in your body... once again, im only 2 weeks in.

Absolutely love Alpha Brain! I get home after a long day at work and I don't feel drained anymore. I get to be the kind of Dad I want to be. I come home and play with my kids and I am engaged instead of exhausted. Can't express enough how great this is! Lifetime Customer!
