it seems to work pretty well but for some reason i get nauseous randomly throughout the day everytime i decide to take them. I’ve been paying attention to the reactions i get when and when i dont take them and its definitely the pills, its unfortunate but oh well i guess theyre not for me.

I would not recommend this to anyone, especially if they plan to take it in the morning on an empty stomach. I tried it three times. The first time, I felt very sick for the entire day. I thought it was the coffee I had; no big deal. The second time, the same thing happened. Once again, I thought it might be something I ate the night before. The third and final time, I was vomiting for 8 hours straight, and I know for a fact it was AlphaBrain. I could taste the capsules when they came back up. It was disgusting, and I would never recommend this to anyone. I have tried Gorilla Mind before and experienced none of these effects. I tried AlphaBrain because of Joe Rogan, but I will not be getting the full-time subscription.

Most nootropics have little to no effect on me, and this one was not different. I do believe there was some really subtle effects, but for the cost it does not validate the small (if present) effect. I understand everyone's biology is different, and can say this is not full of "garbage"... I really feel it is a high quality product, but, sadly I am immune.

Dude. I can catch everything, my whiskey fell off the top of my fridge and I caught that and prevented a bottle from breaking without even realizing what I was doing. Locked in at all times, and I’m better at video games. Totally worth all the money.

Alpha Brain contains a large amount of Vitamin B6 which makes it feel like an energy drink without Caffeine. Beyond the short lived rush from the B6, the effects of the blends are difficult to distinguish. If you have a sensitivity to B6 you should use the trial offer first to find out if you can overcome the sideffects after a couple days on it.

I started taking Alpha Brain because I was getting a little forgetful. I would set something down and had to search for it when I needed it. It was very frustrating! Now that I’m talking Alpha Brain my memory is much better. I don’t loose my tools anymore and as an added bonus, I’m in a better mood! Thank you Alpha Brain!!!

I subscribed. I have not noticed a difference or Anything yet. I followed the directions. For my body weight and height i take one in the morning and another before noon. The subscription delivery leaves more than a 2 week gap so i cant maintain the levels but i will try it for a little longer.. its very expensive for what i have not experienced and for what i have (gap in delivery).

I’ve used this for about three weeks now in an attempt to help me lose the brain fog that is associated with recovery after a major valley fever infection has cleared up (along with a lot of other stuff like more meditation and reading, increased cardio…). It has for sure had mental effects because I’m dreaming more vividly but also have more trouble remembering them than usual (weird considering the nature of the supplement, but it’s a clear mental performance difference so worth mentioning), but in daily life I do feel like I’m getting more done that requires mental acuity. I mention the dream thing first because it was more immediate, and made it seem to me like the waking effects were less likely to be placebo. Anyway, it’s pricey but if you can afford it I would recommend giving this a try - I first did a free two week sample offer and then ordered it in bulk to save a bit since it seemed to be working.

Started taking it and after two weeks I did not notice any benefits in focus. I normally take a Lions Mane supplement and that does have noticable effects. Note that I stopped the Lions Mane while taking Alpha Brain. Very disappointed, especially when considering the cost.

I've tried a number of different cognition supplements and Alpha Brain stands out. I didn't know how sluggish I was until I didn't have it. Now that I've got it back, extremely noticable. In a fast paced environment there is no other way to feel like I'm Onnit. Getting good sleep is a must, if you want to see the most benefit you cant be running on empty. This product helps a lot, but you must help yourself too.
