I'm a part-time card dealer at a casino an hr. away, its usually a very long day, I have to be on my feet, quickly calculating numbers all day long... under heavy stress, surveillance & supervisors & possibly angry customers losing money. I have been there 22yrs, 27 in the industry.. Im trying Alpha Brain, so far, it really improves my mental abilities to preform my job duties. However it may impede my sleep. Still experimenting. I honestly never felt the slightest change. I ordered two bottles with the hopes for what they advertised. I’m a woman in my early 40’s who’s up early and work a very physically hard job. I also run a crew so I’m running around with lots of tasks to remember. I wanted more focus and help with my memory. I got nothing. I have less than a weeks worth of the product left after the 30 day supply and will not be reordering. I am still just as foggy and tired and mentally exhausted. I was expecting a clear change from my regular ‘blah’ feeling. Nope! I don’t not recommend.

Alpha Brain has been an amazing boost to my brainpower, I initially bought it with someone else in mind but started taking it with them. I starting taking Alpha Brain after I started culinary school. Culinary school starts off with a servsafe program as well as general culinary knowledge. I don't think it's fair to make a review of Alpha Brain because I haven't been in school for nearly 10 years. I did sleep like an angel although.

This supplement has transformed my life. I was always foggy and unable to maintain focus throughout the day, whether at work or on the weekends. Now, I’m able to operate at my highest potential and maintain focus for an incredible, and what I thought to be impossible, amount of time!

Although I am sure this helps brain function and memory because I trust Onnit and all their products, I have yet to truly feel the benefits from Alpha Brain. I will continue to use the product until the 60 capsules are finished and hope to enjoy the benefits others have reported to be helpful with brain function, productivity and memory.

Let me start off by saying that I am a long time supporter of Onnit. My recent experience with Alpha Brain was odd. My wife and I initially began our supplementation for work purposes. After about a week of daily consumption as directed, I noticed I was very short tempered and tended to lash out at home more often than usual (we have a three year old, both work full time with opposite days off). I immediately removed alpha brain from my diet and noticed a very quick reset with my overall mood. I will continue to support onnit. But, will most likely be taking a break from alpha brain.

It works for me great! A lot of people use the word "clarity" to describe the feeling and that is a good word for it. I definitely feel sharper than I normally do and I remember things a bit better than normal. I didn't work immediately for me, I had to take it for about 5 consecutive days in order to really start noticing a difference but nevertheless very effective. Even when I'm toasted out of my mind theres still a bit of a mental boost.

Literally take this everyday and has completely changed my life... it’s almost too good to be true. If you’re a degenerate like me but also live a healthy lifestyle and want to be clear headed everyday I HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking this daily... I’ll probably be “onnit” for life
