It definitely does something to boost my motivation and drive, as well as increasing focus and memory. I’ve also felt more confident and that has led to being more assertive. One small negative: I’ve noticed a slight increase in irritability, but not so much that it’s a problem.

I wanted to love these but they make me sick. At first I thought my body just needed to adjust so I kept talking them, but each day I was getting even more sick to my stomach. I think it may be the maltodextrin, as I'm allergic to corn and that might be made from corn. I'm not even sure why that would be an overnight other than filler.

I’m bought Alpha Brain to give myself any help in my career. I’m currently studying to get an Airline Transport Pilot and type rating in a Sikorsky S-92. During training class and review sessions, I feel when I take alpha brain, usually in the afternoon my brain performs far better. After 6 hours of class, no fog can be truly lifted but I feel like I can retain information and focus more on the material. I will continue to use the product when I feel like I need that extra boost in my brain. I have been using it on and off for about 3 years and am a big supporter.

Absolute no effect after a month of use. I do however have a rare sleep disturbance called Idiopathic Hypersomnia which also causes a lot of brain fog and headaches. I was hoping this might give me a little improved clarity and mental energy but I am not the typical average person they are marketing this to.

I have suffered numerous concussions from car wrecks to being kicked in the head by horses and have had a tough time remembering tasks for years, since I’ve started taking alpha brain I’ve noticed being able to stay on track and focus a fair amount better! Definitely recommend giving it a try!

To be perfectly honest, I’ve been taking it for two months now, and I have not noticed a difference in my energy levels or my thinking capacity. I have been using Advocare sparks open till one week prior to starting to use alpha brain. Unfortunately, the sparks seem to do more for me than alpha brain does, but everybody should at least give it a try and tell for themselves.

As an actor, I need alpha brain to give me the confidence I need to keep me locked in the moment. Memorizing lines has become easier. collaborating and brainstorming seem to flow with ease. I always have it on set or before an audition. I get so much done while using it.

I have been using Alpha Brain for over two years and every now and then I think I don't have the money for it. Once I run out, within a week, I have trouble "finding words"...literally, I can't think of the word even though I know I know it...feel it's on the tip of my tongue but I just can't pull it up. I start taking Alpha Brain again and the problem soon goes away. IMPORTANT though...I always take it with food or I quickly get an upset stomach.

Not exaggerating when I say- THE WORST migraine I have ever had the day after taking this product, once. Took with food, had plenty of water. I missed work the next day. Just not for me. Nothing against the company or anything, just didn’t work for me. Which is a bummer. Really would have liked to see the benefits I have seen others have!

I use Alpha Brain everyday for a clear mind and also helps me rest at night. I take two evry night before I go to bed and wake up with a rested and clear mind. I can tell a huge difference if I do not take it so I make sure I always have plenty on hand.
