Alpha Brain acts on our individual acetylcholine levels, and those with naturally higher levels of this neurotransmitter can notice little to no effects with a product like this. Please note that this supplement's main focus is to help support memory, focus, and processing speed - sometimes it can take a few tries to notice these effects. Apologies as well for any confusion with the capsule count. The label states it's a 30ct bottle on the front (meaning 30 capsules total) and the supplement facts on the back show it's a 15 serving bottle (at 2 capsules per serving). This is our entry-level size for new users to try out or for folks who only take it as needed. We do have a 90ct (45 serving) bottle available as well! We definitely understand if you're currently using a product that you wanted to stack with Alpha Brain, thus deciding to just take our product on alternating days. We do, however, suggest taking Alpha Brain at the recommended dose (2 capsules) daily for at least 2 weeks before deciding whether or not it is working for you. If you're taking this every other day, it may take a bit longer to see the results that you're looking for.
