i took it once, it made me jittery and i had eye twitches for a couple hours and then i threw up extremely violently and was out of commission for the rest of the day

I have noticed absolutely no difference. I would like to try more, but I ran out and it is too expensive to get more at this time. I follow Onnit and members and their journeys pretty closely, so this was very unexpected.

I really just think it was a placebo affect for me and that faded after a while. I still take it to finished it off but don't really see any difference.

Product is great.. I only take one and it does wonders. I however do not like how I was set up for subscription. Then when trying to cancel not having a username or password created makes that kinda hard.

I love it, I feel more focused at work, I'm not working in a haze of thoughts. I'm able to sleep better as well. I noticed that I wake easier and more naturally, no grogginess.

It made my brain feel hyperactive in a positive way. I felt very progressive. I did not waste any time during my days for the past two weeks. I have been extremely productive

Constant nausea, didnt matter when i ate, how long i waited after to take. I vomitted profusely every time, it worked until that happened but was not worth being sick

I only take one and I notice an improvement. My girlfriend has also noticed how more focused and less forgetful I am on it, so I know that it's not just in my head. I really like it and recommend it to my friends

Alpha Brain really helps me focus on important things that need attention to detail. When I'm getting bogged down I take 2 and know that I will ha e the focus I need.

I am just finishing up month 2 on Alpha Brain. I think I am feeling an improvement but I’m not 100%. I am going to give it a couple more moths to see if it kicks in and gives me the result of some of the others.
