I’m a bartender, and since I’ve been taking Alpha Brain before a shift I’ve felt more conversational! I feel like I can engage with guests easily, and I tend not to get as stressed when I’m under pressure.

I do notice a difference in how quickly things come to me when I’m trying to recall a thought. And I’ve been killing it at Wordle, seems to be working.

It actually kept me awake and assertive in my college classes. Very good! I would recommend eating before taking it thought because it hit me hard and my stomach felt funny.
