Great product I’ve used it for a few years now and love the progress and results. I love taking it first thing in the morning before the gym to get a great mind muscle connection. And it carries into my day keeping me focused at work for hours.

The alpha brain did not sit well with me. While I was on it, it caused me to feel a bit more sad and emotional. I do take other supplements for brain improvement, and this one did not sit well with me.

Didn't notice a difference in taking this for 2 weeks. If it takes longer to kick in then I'd recommend a larger bottle if only it weren't so expensive for what you get.

I can feel a difference whenever I take the Alpha Brain, I feel more alert and my mental acuity is greater. It helps me to communicate better. When I forget to take I feel a noticeable difference and then I take it and feel an improvement
