I have been using this product for a month. I noticed I am more focused and clear headed than usual. My job requires a fair amount of critical thinking and I would say I have been more productive since I started taking alpha brain. My training has benefited as well. I’m able to get in a zone quickly and stay there while going hard.

I use Alpha Brain at least once a day, more often if I’m in need of higher cognitive function. I feel that alpha brain helps me during work to recall details or “track on action items” without forgetting them. I also feel that alpha brain helps me roll better during jiu jitsu

I started taking about a quarter of the recommended dosage, as I am usually very sensitive to new supplements. While I felt sharper during the day (took it at noon), I had a hard time falling asleep 12 hours later. I'm a 57 year old woman weighing 125 lbs., and currently trying to find a way to keep taking Alpha Brain.

It doesn't live up to the way its advertised, but I can definitely tell a small difference in my level of focus. Also, the price point compared to the effectiveness is a little high. I'm going to give it another month, but if I don't see more improvement, I'll likely stop purchasing.

I've been in a weird spot the past several months. Skin problems, sleep problems, and just poor mood and headspace. I didn't feel much with the first dose, but the 2nd... I feel like I got my brain back. I'm sharp and alert and just feel like myself again. Not sure what's in this stuff that is making the difference for me here, since I've tried ALL the supplements I can find to try and correct my situation. This stuff works. Experience is very close to what Joe Rogan explains. Clear thinking, language seems to come together easier, and you are in the flow and you really can get things done. In addition, Judd Apatow said he wakes up clear headed, which I also experience. Been good so far. A bit hard on the stomach sometimes, so make sure you eat something light as recommended.

I wanted to love these but they make me sick. At first I thought my body just needed to adjust so I kept talking them, but each day I was getting even more sick to my stomach. I think it may be the maltodextrin, as I'm allergic to corn and that might be made from corn. I'm not even sure why that would be an overnight other than filler.

I have been taking Alpha Brain for a few weeks. I usually take it with either a racetam and choline supplement or rhodiola. I also take daily greens supplement and vitamins. I have noticed no negative effects from alpha brain and if there are positive effects they’re very subtle. I would say that my ability to regulate and stabilize emotion has been slightly increased. Less mood swings in other words. Maybe a slight increase in focus but it’s hard to tell because racetams and rhodiola are both pretty substantial in their effect on their own.

When all my other health issues are on point such as sleep exercise and nutrition this supplement truly feels like a super pill, but even when the other elements fall short from time to time, Alpha Brain still keeps me on an even level to clear and focused mind decisions in life and my career. Great product!

I've been trying Alpha brain almost daily for about a month now (I did skip a few odd days in there) and confident that it has had positive implications for me. I feel subtly sharper, and more focused. One fairly tangible example of its effects actually working is about a week into taking Alpha brain I had this rhyme come into me head (very random as most people do) but i kept coming up with other lines and lyrics. I don't usually do that, i had so many thoughts I ended up writing a poem for the girl I was seeing. Not something i have ever done, and probably not something I would have done had I not been taking Alpha brain i suspect.
