I really wanted to like this product, but after several days of use I didn’t notice a single change. I’m not entirely sure if I’m just strange or the placebo effect takes over extensively for people, but there was genuinely nothing different with me after taking Alpha Brain.

I was skeptical since I have taken this type of product in the past to help memory but never really saw any benefits. I decided to give this a try and I must say I feel it does work. I definitely have less senior moments and have definitely had less times of going into a room and forgetting why I went into the room to get something. This was my first bottle so I will definitely be reordering.

I’m a skeptic on most stuff but i did a little research and found that was a healthy alternative to energy drinks and caffeine I’m 52 a little over weight.This has been the best boost of alertness and energy I have found I feel better even healthier

This stuff is great! As a construction project manager who looks at plans all day and a musician who is in the process of starting his own multimedia brand/label/channel, this stuff really helps me dive in and get into the flow state to really maximize my mental capacity for being my best in all of my roles. I find myself more "in tune" in general, but when I play music especially, that "flow state" is much more easily achieved. I feel like it helps me think clearer, react faster, formulate complete thoughts or sentences faster,... and in general be able to operate at a more optimal level. I love to stack AB with some Shroom Tech Sport when I am writing, performing, before a workout, or before burying my head in a set of plans for a big project!

I'm not quite sure what to think about Alpha Brain just yet. I can feel "Something" happening. I think. But I'm using enough pre-workout and taking enough vitamins to make a race horse illegal at the tracks, soo... idk. I may have to reevaluate at a later date. I want to Luke it. I think it is have SOME sort of effect. But very subtle to me. I only bought this stuff because of the "Joe Rogan" endorsement. I DON'T think it's worth the price tag however. I can think of several cheaper and more effective paths to the same cognitive effect. But maybe some people aren't trying to take pre-workout or hack their own biology. Idk... just my take I guess.

I purchased this due to the hype around how well others suggested it worked. I am in total agreement. It provides a level of focus that is noticeable. I feel like it gives me an edge in discussions and important information is conveyed and remembered better than before taking the supplement.

Other folks may have a different experience but the Alpha Brain memory focus (60 tablets) bottle didn’t do anything for me that I could notice. Not saying it’s a rip off, because other people have reported positive results, but for me it was a waste of money.

1st day felt fine. No noticeable effects. 2nd day got a dull headache. Increased focus. 3rd day had the same dull headache and became fatigued. To the point of where I HAD to fall asleep. 4th day had a terrible headache. No longer dull. Fell asleep again with no choice. Woke up with more energy than normal and focused. 5th day. Same thing, but no energy or focus. Felt bogged down and apathetic. 6th day I discontinued use and gave it to my boyfriend due to the side effects interfering with my everyday functioning. 😔 Maybe he will have better luck. Recommendation to a friend: No I wouldn't recommend it, however, I would not discouraged use. Everyone has a different chemical make up and reaction, so they themselves should make that call. Great addition to a nootropic stack. I specifically target this supplement for daily physical activity. Focus and clarity when targeting the strength of this product for physical activity is unmatched. I have other NT products in my stack that are unable to duplicate the output of this product.

The supplement works, as reported and reviewed by others. BUT it’s expensive and the bottles are barely half filled—those are the signs of a company that values making a profit as its primary goal. Big pharma does this; not a good sign from a natural medicine company.
