BONUS EFFECT! I notice the positive effects and mental clarity boost in the first TWO DAYS. My energy level seems much more on par and my general attitude much improved, however what i did NOT ANTICIPATE was that after about 5 days taking two pills each morning the my VISION began to improved at distance. Super product that I’ve been using for just over a couple years. It helps me focus when I need and can be taken with or without food (for me at least). I take 3 pills in the morning and by the time I get to work, I’m able to knuckle down. I feel a lot more productive after using this product and I have not had any side effects (was worried about headaches etc which I’ve not had).

Also, at the price of this product taking one pill vs two pills each day makes it a lot more affordable. I would definitely recommend AB to friends and family that can afford it.
