I tried it in the morning with a light meal as it advises on the bottle. I noticed nothing throughout the day, but could not sleep at all the following night, so I see no benefit to these for myself, and actually a disadvantage as I lost a lot of sleep my personal experience was not good.

I really wanted to use this stuff but my first 5 times! After about 3 hours of feeling great and focused I started to get Nausea almost to the point of puking and also shaking, so I cut back and thought maybe I need to build up my tolerance but unfortunately when I was taking 1 pill I felt unmotivated and just foggy and this sense of being lost at work, I really tried to give this nootropic a good try but apparently it’s just not for me but that doesn’t mean it won’t work for someone else.

I've been using Alpha Brain for about 3 or 4 months, and will continue using it because it provides me with enhanced focus and allows me to fire on all cylinders when there is work to be done. If you're skeptical, try it, once you do you'll be hooked. Truly amazing stuff. Not to mention it has the Joe Rogan Seal of approval.

I have been using alpha brain for a few years off and on and heard joe rogan say he takes 4 so I upped the dose and boy it there a difference I feel like my mind is all a buzz with thoughts and I notice I speak with greater ease and have no trouble problem solving or focusing on anything if your an adult looking for an edge over everyone else they look no further trust me you won't be disappointed

Out of all the supplements I’ve done for cognitive support, I would place this one at or near the top. I was surprised with how good this supplement works with no caffeine. I read and write a lot and I can tell you that the focus I have is amplified highly.

Like the title says. I work in accounting, and thought I would feel something…improved clarity solving problems, answering client questions, etc. I felt nothing. I’ve taken 10 doses over the last 14 days. Maybe I am expecting too much, or looking for incorrect benefits. Will continue to use until the bottle is gone, and update this review if my experience changes.

I started with Alpha Brain and couldn’t believe how much better it worked than anything I’ve ever tried, I don’t even drink coffee or any other caffeine drinks, and my focus and energy are where they were when I was a 20yo!! I now use several of the other products that onnit offers!!!

I took 2 capsules as recommended with lunch (eggs, bacon, and potatoes), and after 30 minutes i would get light headed and start to have cold sweat in my upper lips and forehead. Did not feel good for 4-5 hours. I tried it with one the next day, and this time it didn't cause a cold sweat, but just a mild headache for the next 2 hours. I could not concentrate or remember names during work. Will not be taking them anymore, but the new mood ones ill keep trying since they arent having bad effects.

I would suggest buying a 90 count bottle to experience the true effects of this product. I definitely felt a small difference but I only had a 30 count and tried to stretch it because I cannot afford not to. I wish it was more affordable.i would have given it more stars but I just haven’t had enough experience with it to do so. Hopefully I can change that in the future.
