I am in my third year of electrical engineering and this past semester was the most demanding yet. Even while spending more than 12 hours per day studying, I was struggling to keep my gpa high enough to maintain my scholarships. I gave Alpha BRAIN a try and WOW! It actually aided me in the ability to focus like I haven't been able to ever before. By the time finals rolled around, I was actually teaching my study group and we all made great improvements.

Its a mild pre workout... atleast the jitters arent there from all of the caffeine. the first two says i noticed the difference a bit, but was nothing more that a bit of awareness. After 2 weeks, ive noticed a great change in my work performance and my focus to detail. It isnt a major shift, but its enough for me to keep buying Alpha Brain. I work night shift and have been living in a zombie state for years now. I tried this product because I constantly suffer from fatigue, forgetfulness, lack of motivation, and constantly have brain “fog”. I started taking Alpha Brain and Focus and I seriously feel a difference. As soon as my alarm goes off I take them and it gives me the focus to start my night.
