After a couple of weeks of taking Alpha I have noticed a difference in focus and ability to complete more work a day. When I don't take Alpha I notice I am more sluggish and lost in the sauce if you will. I cant stop saying great things about this product and will have to keep up with it.

So far so good, I've been taking alpha brain each morning (2 capsules) and its been great so far, I spend 6-8 hours per day studying material and webinars, alpha brain gives me a nice cognitive boost and allows me to remember and retain information. The only reason I don't give it a five star rating is because you'll feel it if you don't eat before taking these supplements.

Not bad, thought I definitely have been more pro active with these in combination of mild exercise, meditation , microdosing and my morning caffeine. Started taking the 2 pills as directed for 2 weeks and will try one a day to see if I noticed the difference.

I've been taking Alpha Brain for 2 years now and definitely experienced an improvement in memory and mental focus. Just recalling different complex passwords for example is no problem where as before I had to write them all down. It really does give me a mental edge in all aspects of life.

I've been purchasing alpha brain off and on for a few months now. I take it before soccer games and pretty much every morning. Mentally and physically, I feel as if I react quicker. I feel my decision making process is also a lot lot faster when I take it. Which in my line of work helps a ton. Thanks Onnit, great product.

Love this stuff!!! The clarity to problem solve is amazing! My house is really clean and I’m more organized. I’m a 73 woman and feeling 30 years younger! I’m trying to convince everyone I know to try it and giving out samples. My 75 year old husband sees a real difference in concentration when he shoots trap.! For Pete sake just this stuff! been taking it every day for three weeks and haven’t noticed any difference. I started with one tablet and then increased to the two and I take it every morning but really haven’t noticed anything. I don’t think I will re-order because of the price and lack of effectiveness. probably wouldn’t recommend it to a friend just for my own personal experience

Consumers… This product took me 2 or 3 days to begin feeling the effects you’d expect. It was not like lighting strike, but more of a steady good onset of focus and energy. I did not experience the hundreds of adds and people posting online had with this product. However, there was a noticeable boost in energy and focus. But not to the levels at which I believed from all the testimonies I’ve read and watched. Never experienced any nausea or anything like that. I feel like anyone taking a new supplement should expect some minor side affects as the body adjusts and absorbs something new. Eat a small meal with or before taking this. I eat something simple as a banana and maybe a protein/nutrigrain bar and have never had any adverse effects. Happy with the product all around, great job Onnit.
