You won’t get any sort of “buzz” or noticeable “side effect“ out of this product, but you will feel like your brain works better. It’s easier to be creative, it’s easier to be clever, and overall it’s just easier to think while taking this supplement.

Recently bought a month's supply and found the efficacy of Alpha BRAIN undeniable. My only words of wisdom would be to avoid taking it before bed. If you are set on having wild dreams take it moments before you pass out. If you're awake when it's takes effect you may find it difficult to sleep. Overall, exceptional product. Well worth the bill.

I had no side effects at all. I eat semi-healthy and take some vitamins and supplements already. It could have been helping me, but I didn’t notice anything different. It could be really great for some people! I didn’t really notice a difference though.

very skeptical of this. but i do feel like it helps to provide some mental clarity to aid in the ability to focus a bit better. its not super effective ut i feel like you can notice effects, ie less stumbling over words, hand eye coordination gets a bit better. the price point is ok when its on sale vs not, the effectiveness of the product i feel is debatable

I absolutely love "Alpha Brain" i started taking it about 30 days ago and i have to say its a very awesome 10% boost to what my brain already was functioning at ... ps. im 100% sober, don't drink caffeine and am already driven and focused... and i can honestly say that it does give me MORE DRIVE & FOCUS to do what i already do on a daily... 10 Stars!

I will say there was a specific feeling I would have after taking these each day that did keep me focused on all my task/to do list for that day. Pleasantly surprised because I'm always skeptical with certain supplements, but these seemed to put their money where their mouth is.

i'm a 40 year old man, about 6' 210 lbs. I started taking 2 pills in the morning and I felt energized and focused, right away. It lasted for about 4-6 hours, and then the intensity digressed. After a couple of days I didn't feel the same initial kick, so I upped the dosage to 3 pills (per the instructions on the bottle, based on my weight) and the intensity came back like before. I tried taking 1 or 2 before bed, but i didn't get the lucid dreams that i've heard about. I only bought a 2 week supply, but I plan on buying some more and giving it a good 8 week trial. I'll update my results.

I wasn’t able to notice any positive effects; but, did experience some negative side effects at the recommended dosage. I will not reorder. Hate that I didn’t enjoy the product but everyone is different so others might have a better experience. Timely delivery & clean packaging so a star for that!

Worked grate at first then there was a sharp decline. I’m a contractor and weather plays a huge part in being able to work some day, with that being said if taken before being rain out or something like that. The motivation was no better nor was there a energy boost the way I was lead to believe. Plus if I didn’t stay active I would normally fall asleep. It will however help clear the foggy mind first thing in the morning feeling but not a product I would buy again.

I have honestly felt zero difference using two a day and just finishing my second bottle. Talk about genius marketing and utilizing the right spokes people to sell absolute garbage. I wanted to get a refund but the rules require a fair amount of product still remaining in the bottles and I wanted to give it a complete trial. I wasted my money and was robbed with false advertising. Shame on you...
