I assumed I’d be able to use this remote and the ps5 at the same time using two different accounts. That’s not the case, I’ll be returning

Wasn't want I thought. I thought it was like the switch but u can't take it with you. And u have to have a account.

I bought this for my husband for his birthday and he loves it. My 12 year old daughter also loves it.

If you have weak wifi, dont get this. If you have great wifi this thing is still not great. im am not impressed at all. i think its a piece of junk

And Walmart had it for 199$ . Everything works and there’s no lag or in frame . I’m a dad so this is a plus to have.

Sony sure has some nerve releasing this garbage to the public.. my ps5 is wired into incredibly fast internet, and I have really good internet at work, but the portal WILL NOT connect to my ps5 when I’m away from home. Works okay at home, but I have no use for the portal at home. Literally doesn’t do the one thing it’s designed to do. I’ve had item less than 24 hours, and I’m returning it ASAP.

There really is not many qualities to this. But for what few it has it is fantastic.
