It was incredibly easy to plug and play. The best thing about this has been the ease of playing my games while still being able to watch sports or continuing with my favorite shows on my tv. Having the flexibility to be able to enjoy two forms of entertainment and all wirelessly on a sleek looking portable device with a large HD screen, its amazing!

I should have done my homework on this product. It looked like a cool option for adding a player for my son’s PS5. Unfortunately if you don’t have an extremely good internet service the portal is very glitchy. Also you have to pay extra to have access to games for it. Basically it’s a glorified extra remote.

Preface with you must already own a PS5, have access to strong WIFI, and if you want to stream games, you need the max PS Plus subscription. Unless you travel a lot and solely play PS5 games it may not be worth the buy. Otherwise, functions very well and looks very good. No issues with device that I can report - most come from WIFI streaming issues.

Will be returning. The portal would not advance past the log-in stage. No QR Code to scan and would not accept log in credentials. I have not found a way to correct this issue. Hoping this was just a bad egg and that a return and replace will result in one that works.

My son got the PlayStation Portable Remote for Christmas, and he absolutely loves it. It’s easy for him to use, comfortable to hold, and works smoothly with his PlayStation. It’s a great portable streaming device. Easy to pair up to ps5. The graphics are nice, but only as nice as your Internet connection. Bad internet connection = bad graphics and terrible lag. This can be used while away from home, but note that this isn’t a separate ps5, it only streams what is already on your ps5. So if your connection is bad on either end, it can cause issues. Or if you have a power outage where main console is, you may come across issues of reconnection. Someone in the room with your ps5 can also watch you play on the big screen if the tv is on—sound included. Was pretty funny watching my spouse play and he didn’t know I could hear and see his gameplay. Has an aux where you can use headphones. Also can use wireless ones. C-cable charging port. Volume level is decent, good enough for me to hear. The controls are simple and easy to use. The interface is easy and can access Home Screen easily. The touchpad is a little tricky, but I got it after a few guesses (double tap right and left on screen). Touch pad works well. The screen is very slim and I’d keep away from young ones who can’t handle this yet as it can break very easily if dropped. No case comes with it, so I’d also highly suggest buying a case for it to rest in. Charge is great. This was keeping me occupied for 4 hours and didn’t even have the charge warning yet, but was pretty close to 1 bar. So it does have a decent battery life. Love it and works well for me especially if I want to play games near my spouse or if I’m away from home.

difficult to pair with PS5. almost never pairs successfully. if a person doesn't have a perfect connection, they shouldn't bother with this. I had not thought about it but having the controls externally is actually bulky and awkward. it's hardly getting any use at all.

I got this for myself I honestly love it I take it everywhere! Yess even work only downside is if you don’t play on it constantly the graphics tend to dip to 240 and the lag is tremendous but it’s only temporary it’s like starting a car I guess lol but after that the graphics are stellar! 4k quality

As a portable unit that literaly teathers from the game tower itself, it's a great investment for all the micro gaming Playstation offers more than plenty of -and- allows the play of more recent 4k titles of similar game styles. (-NOT- a 'portable' unit for travel use!)
