I bought this as a gift for my son 8th birthday. He didn’t have it a month and the screen glitches, the joy sticks are getting stuck. When he is playing a game, the screen will freeze out of nowhere.

I bought this for my son for his birthday, he also have the PS5 console and he hasn’t touched this device since getting it. To me it’s a waste of money! I should have listened when others were telling me before I bought it.

the portal is really great. I use it mostly for cloud gaming, so there's a universe where you wouldn't even need a ps5 to love this thing, just ps plus. It's been great.

I gave it to my grandson as a gift and he hasn't put it away yet he takes it everywhere he goes and constantly tells me how much he loves it so thank you

The Portal is amazing you can play all the same games from your PS5 and make sure you have a strong WiFi when you play. I would buy it and when I can access my tv I can pull out the portal.

Will be returning. The portal would not advance past the log-in stage. No QR Code to scan and would not accept log in credentials. I have not found a way to correct this issue. Hoping this was just a bad egg and that a return and replace will result in one that works.
