[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t have this exact model but I have an LG, top loader with agitator smart washer, so I’m sure it’s similar. Clothes DO NOT get saturated with water. During the wash cycle clothes are moving in the machine without getting wet, so how do they get clean?! I have to use the bedding setting when doing laundry so the tub fills up otherwise clothes come out with spots and still smell like perfume. When washing my sons 4 white school shirts I hate having to use the bedding option so I tried to download a cycle on the app, using the 1/2 load option and clothes still don’t get fully wet. Really not efficient at getting clothes clean.

I like the glass lid but what is the point with the tint? You can not see in side. I also do not like the tilt feature on the top of the dryer. I like to put my laundry detergent there. I would rather them not match. It is nice to be able to reach in the washer. I would also like a soak feature. I haven’t been able to figure that out. Other than that the washer and dryer are a good pair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washing machine. The large tub is great! The reason I didn't give a 5 star review is the LG ThinQ WiFi. I have this app for our 2 TVs. The washing machine just won't connect. I would never use it anyway, but I thought I'd check it out.

I've had this washer for 2 weeks and I love it! I can't believe I am finally back with an agitator and enough water in the tub for the clothes to soak freely. It does a super job! The quick wash is also a great feature as it reduces the washing time combining the Turbo wash. The result is amazing! It is easy to use, very low noise and vibrations. I really recommend this washing machine.

We purchased a washer, dryer and gas range and are truly happy we chose LG. The washer is a top load style with the agitator and it does a remarkable job on our clothes. The dryer is absolutely awesome, as it is our first dryer the dries clothes quickly. The gas range I’d phenomenal ! It has many features you only find in high end units and the grates are professional grade.

I’ve had this washer for almost a month and are so happy with it specially love the feature that you have the app in your phone and it lets you know when the wash is complete as well it gives you tips to maintain your washer clean and going I wash almost every day have toddler kids is a great washer no satins are left in the clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using washing machine for a couple of weeks. So smart, easy to use & very quiet. The clothes have come out clean & NOT a wrinkled mess. So happy with the washer. The two things I do not like is the washer lid & control pannel shows anything & everything. It's impossible to clean. The pull out dispenser for the soap is a little on the short side, when pouring soap into the dispenser the soap gets on the sides & top of the pull out.

Purchased this about a month ago. We are slightly annoyed at the machine because unless you do deep fill every wash it will NOT get stuff clean. We even had clothes go through whole cycles and not be completely wet (still dry in places). Not a huge fan of the numerous buttons either. Just need to have knobs that are easy and not over complicated.

Went with top loader this time after reviewing difference between both . Gave it four stars because being so new and so far very happy with my choice .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer as a replacement of our 8 year old washer that began to fail. I had heard of many good reviews from our friends and from what I've read. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised on how well it washes and it's super quiet! Compared to all of the other washers we've owned, this one has been the best one. Not only does it clean better, it has turbo wash which washes in half the time. It connects to LG ThinQ via WiFi so you can program the machine to your liking and updates your machine when need be. If you're in the market for a new washer, consider this one... highly recommend!
