Hey there! Thanks so much for sharing your detailed LG Washer experience. Ensuring your clothes get fully soaked for a proper clean after every cycle is important, so we'd love to help! If you notice some dry spots on your clothing after completing a cycle, it's possible the drum may be getting overfilled. We recommend ensuring your loads don't exceed more than 2/3rd's of the drum's capacity. To help ensure a proper soak, you can also try the Deep Wash cycle. Deep Wash provides additional water and washes heavily soiled mixed items, except delicate fabrics.
