This has been a blessing while traveling for work! I try to drink more water while traveling but it’s always difficult. I can add one of these of my bottle of water and know I’m getting the hydration my body needs, without all the nasty additives. AND it tastes good! The Lemon Lime flavor I received tastes like lemon water, which is one of my favorite things! So excited to buy more!

I got a free sample from WM, I tried it and the taste isn't too bad. But when I looked to see about buying some: $8-9 for 6 packets????!Since we drink electrolytes everyday, we'll be sticking to our various, and better flavored propel packets to $4 for 10 servings!

I got this as a present from the baby registry. Thought I'd try it even though the ingredients are not great. It tasted so bad I threw it out. Would not recommend it, especially not when pregnant. Drink tea or lemon water, or coconut water, way better for you and will save a ton of money too.

I really liked the benefits from trying your product. I was getting headaches and no matter how much water I drank I was still getting them. I currently breastfeed my son and I’m always feeling thirsty and can never find anything that quenches my thirst. And Liquid I.V. has done it for me. After drinking a few packages I feel great no headaches and I will definitely order more. Thank you for a great product.

So this does exactly what it says it does. Had this after a night of drinking and it perked me right up. I also used it after a long hike outdoors and being in the sun and it really helped get me back in track for the day. I just wish the flavor wasn’t so sweet. I have only tried the lemon lime and hope to try the others to see which one I like better. But I’d recommend this product for sure

I know I def don’t drink enough water throughout the week, so I take advantage of Liquid IV on the weekend to rehydrate my body! The flavor is perfect and just enough so it’s not too sweet and it’s so nice to know that with every purchase I’m also helping people in need!

I have been drinking a few sips at a time all day and even since its my first packet I have had more energy. Last week by the afternoon, I was dragging and my legs was very tired. Here at 6 pm I am feeling great. I usually drink maybe 10 bottles of water in a year. Hope the rest of my week has me feeling this good.

I have a hard time drinking water so i often find myself dehydrated, after drinking one bottle with the Liquid IV in it i couldn't believe how good I felt, I felt energized and not like too much coffee or jittery energy drink energized, just good like i had a great night sleep and i could go on a run it just felt really good, i highly recommend to anyone who like me knows they don't drink enough water.

Out of the flavors I’ve tried I like this one the least, however it’s still pretty good watered down a bit more than the directions state. Overall I don’t mind it so much, it’s just not my favorite and I don’t know if I’d buy it a second time over some of the others.

Since being pregnant, I get so easily dehydrated. Drinking enough water can be hard, but Liquid I.V. makes it much easier! The taste is great - not too sweet. I add one packet to my 1L water bottle in the morning and I noticed a huge difference in my hydration. Will definitely be reordering soon! :)
