I have 2 sons with POTS and so keeping them hydrated and their electrolytes up is a constant struggle. This product was recommended to us and so far it is a winner. I took away a star because of the taste - it was not bad, but I think the taste could be improved (we have only tried the lemon/lime and blueberry). I also understand taste is subjective and others may love the taste.

It is a great product! I felt more hydrated after a few days. I like the lemon lime flavor most. You should really go to outdoor festivals with this. It would be a great seller. Bonaroo is in Manchester, TN until Sun. People there need to stay even more hydrated in the heat. I even sent some with my daughter.

Loved liquid IV. I got the lemon lime trial- not the best flavor but not awful either. Easy enough to drink and highly recommend if you’re drinking alcohol. Absolutely helps deter a hangover. Plus even on a regular day I’m not good at drink water and get a lot of headaches, probably from dehydration. Not with this stuff! Will be ordering more for sure.

Love Liquid IV. I am making a suggestion that we carry this product on our fire trucks so that they can be added to our bottled water when we are out on the long fire calls in the heat this summer. Great way to keep our guys and gals hydrated after fighting any fires. I am also planning to get more so that I have a stock of Liquid IV to drink after my surgery on July 2nd. I want to be able to stay hydrated and not end up back in the hospital.

Enjoyed it. I’m not a huge fan of lemon so the taste was hard for me to swallow but not bad enough to keep me from drinking them again. My friend said it tasted great though! Felt like it did it’s job, I’m going to order the açaí one and I don’t see why I wouldn’t keep buying it for hydration effect :)

This made me feel even more dehydrated than before I started using it. Gave me extremely bad cotton mouth so bad I could barely talk. I drank a lot of these because I couldn’t figure out why I was so thirsty. Once I stopped, everything went back to normal.

I absolutely loved the sleep stick. After a long day of training and riding I got home and was filled with adrenaline but I really wanted to to go sleep to be able to wake up in the morning and start over, I decided to give the Sleep Stick a try and I was not disappointed. After 20 min I was well asleep and woke up full of energy and ready to roll. 10/10 for sure!

I loved the berry flavor and the only reason it isn’t a 5 star at is the sole reason of it is not my favorite flavor. The hydration multiplier gives me that nice flavoring that is better than normal water and helps me stay hydration before during or after workouts.

Tried this product for the first time and it’s great and helps with dehydration! It dissolves really well with water doesn’t leave that gritty undissolved powder at the bottom of your cup/bottle. The flavor is pleasant the little packs are portable easy to carry during exercise or travel.

I enjoy drinking one of these first when I wake up to help promote hydration and limit bloating and feeling fatigued. This helps with muscle recovery by maintaining important nutrients, electrolytes, and ions to stay efficient at practice and during performances.
