The Liquid I.V. Hydration packets are so convenient and easy to use . I want to ensure my family is okay being that they are out in the heat for hours a day so hydration is important. After researching this brand was the healthiest and the most affordable option. They’re a staple in our home and come in handy after a good workout or being outdoors in the summertime.

great hydrating solutions. it's hard to balance too much fluid from too little, I've learned to know the signs when I'm dehydrated and go for the Liquid IV. it's quick for me a B d I feel great after about 20 minutes. because I like so much please don't go up on the price. old people can't afford all of the increases all over the store.

I'm supper happy with my recently purchase of this Liquid IV. Great flavor and if you do NOT like the taste, drink a bit down and just add water. I highly recommend this liquid IV drink

good stuff!, I don't play sports so I only use a 1/4 to 1/3 of the tube in my drink of water, and it always helps. my body is super sensitive to any imbalance of electrolytes and my heart acts up from it. so I have to always add a touch to my water. this is delicious, makes the water smoother than plain water, and bc I only use a little of it at a time and save the rest in the tubes, the tubes, once rolled down, keep it fresh till my next use. love this stuff!!!!

I don't particularly like the taste, but these are very effective. If I feel dehydrated, I generally notice a difference within about 1-2 hours of drinking 1 Liquid I.V.

My husband has been sick for 2months now and is basically confined to his bed or his lift recliner. This product has been so valuable in keeping him not only hydrated but supplying the electrolytes his body has needed to aid in his recovery.

Great product until i realized how much sodium included. I knew people, esp men, that were doubling up taking and not realizing they were injesting way too much sodium. (God help them if they combined with a a red bull). They don't read WARNING LABELS. Sadly.

My postman recommended this for hydration and who better to trust. I've been in and out of the hospital 189 days this past year, extremely low BP 87/43, due to being dehydrated and continuously passing out. I mix the lemon - lime flavor with Lacroix water, 3 cans per day. My BP is up approx 120 /70 range. I'm happy, healthy and have more energy. I'm very satisfied with this product and highly recommend it.

Not for me. I can't stand the taste but honestly, I don't care for flavored water at all. Couldn't find this in a flavorless variety so I thought I'd try it. Tasted like bad lemonade.

I have not opened the box, but I started to research the product online. I should've done that before I made the purchase, but it has a lot of bad reviews healthwise it's really not the best thing that I should be using for hydration I should have returned for a refund based on the data that I found.
