We love these for quick hydration. We usually only use 1/4 packet at a time because we don’t like strong flavors— appreciate a subtle flavor to our water. Even so, they are great. Love the single serve pouches and buying in bulk is a great deal. Usually the best price around is from Sam’s and even better if you catch a Sam’s sale!

When my husband got the stomach flu recently and was really down for the count my co-worker recommended this product It was easy to dissolve in a water bottle, the lemon-lime taste was good and it really helped him get a lot of energy back after about 3 bottles of the drink.

I like that Liquid I.V. keeps my Hydrated and these smaller packets can be taken on my fishing boat and easily mixed into a Bottle of Water. They keep me from becoming dehydrated and Bonus - they taste great!

Liquid I.V Lemon Lime contains electrolytes and vitamin B. Along with drinking enough water, Liquid I.V makes this elgerly person feel better. I have more energy.

After having leg cramps for several nights during a 2 week ride, a friend gave me a couple of these to try. No more leg cramps during the ride! I keep them on the shelf now, but primarily only use them when I spend time outside when it's hot, or when I'm doing a lot of strenuous work.

This product helps prevent my husband's hand cramps while working in the yard. Living in Florida, outside work of any kind is sweaty and a drain on the body's hydration and electrolytes. Liquid I.V. is very helpful to maintain hydrated and electrolyte-balanced even in the hottest conditions.

I've been in and out of the hospital 189 days this past year, extremely low BP 87/43, due to being dehydrated and continuously passing out. I mix the lemon - lime flavor with Lacroix water, 3 cans per day. My BP is up approx 120 /70 range. I'm happy, healthy and have more energy. I'm very satisfied with this product and highly recommend it.

Unfortunately I chose the lemon flavor. While not bad, it reminded me of colonoscopy prep solution. It might be better in a different flavor, but definitely worth having on hand.

It is super easy to use, just dump it in a water bottle, shake it, and done. Perfect for travel, gym, or tossing in your backpack. • It’s a little sweet. Not bad, but if you’re not into stevia or sweeter drinks, it might take a bit to get used to. • Not the cheapest option out there, but for me it’s worth it if it means no more cramping and feeling wiped after hikes. • Decent amount of sodium, which is fine if you’re active, but something to be aware of.

I was hoping this electrolyte drink mix would not contain Stevia since I dislike that taste. Unfortunately, it does. The flavor was so strong, I think I would have to add one packet to a gallon of water.
