We love the passion fruit flavor of these, but the cost is hard to manage. We allow ourselves to buy one box a month, but it feels like an excessive purchase despite that the flavor is great. It does do a good job of motivating me to drink at least one bottle of water a day.

Living in South Florida in the summer, and for that matter year round staying hydrating when working out, participar in sports or simply being outside is essential. Liquid IV before, during and or after is needed here between to hot temperatures and the high humidity using this products is very important. Purchased for a very good price at Sam’s Club.

Taste good. Lemon lime is my go to flavor. It’s refreshing. I feel like it really works to keep me hydrated when I can’t chug down another cup of water. Being in Arizona some days even staying inside I feel like I need more hydration. If you want to drink 3 times the water in just one, this is it. Little pricey but worth it.

This is my go to product if I want to increase my water intake or replenish after a workout! I use 1/2 of a packet in a large water bottle. It helps me get more water into my system and I truly feel better after drinking it. Just wish it was a little less expensive.

Love liquid IV and this is such a great value! These flavors are delicious and they leave you feeling refreshed and hydrated. Liquid IV keeps me going in the summer heat and helps me stay hydrated for days when I’m more physically active or breast feeding. It’s become an essential in my house. I’ve used other hydration products in the past but I really like that these are colorless as I like to avoid artificial colors.

I would encourage anyone struggling to stay hydrated to add this to your routine. It tastes like in carbonated Sprite. Add a lemon 🍋 or 🍋‍🟩 slice and you have a healthy little cocktail 🍸 to improve your health. I drink some flavor of it every day.
