I bought this product to help with leg cramps and it worked. But there is so much salt in the product that it raised my blood pressure to 195/110 within a few days of use. I was told to discontinue using it by my doctor. I caution you to check with your doctor before using this product.

I’ve tried a few electrolyte powders before, but the Lemon Lime Liquid I.V. is hands-down my favorite. It mixes easily with water (no clumps!) and has a light, refreshing citrus taste , kind of like lemonade with a hint of lime. I usually drink one after workouts or when I’m feeling run down, and it seriously helps me feel rehydrated faster than plain water. It’s a little pricey compared to sports drinks, but the convenience and effectiveness make it worth it. I keep a few packets in my gym bag and one in my car just in case. Highly recommend this flavor if you want something tangy but not overly sweet! ✅ Yes, I would recommend this product.

I get dehydrated very easily and often. where I would get severe pains in my stomach and ribs. then I'd get so nauseous from all the pain and end up getting sick. Water, vitamin water, or Gatorade none of them would help. none, until I came across this product. This is the only thing that helps me and it works instantly

After having leg cramps for several nights during a 2 week ride, a friend gave me a couple of these to try. No more leg cramps during the ride! I keep them on the shelf now, but primarily only use them when I spend time outside when it's hot, or when I'm doing a lot of strenuous work.

Passion Fruit flavor is my favorite of the handful of electrolyte powders I have tried. Just as important is the level of sweet and what the sweetener is. I was surprised when I tried the brand that was everywhere was just sweet enough, and only 50 calories from pure cane sugar. Lots of wins for me.

Some packs were harder than bricks due to moisture contamination and re-dessication thus rendered useless

I have never liked any flavored water till I tried this passion fruit. I love it! If I’m needing water and just can’t get enough down I add a packet and can easily drink as much as needed. I keep this on auto ship.

The lemon lime flavor is good and the Liquid IV hydrates fast. Whether I didn't drink enough water that day, the weather is cold and dry, or I had a few drinks - at 69, I recommend keeping them on hand to hydrate quickly.

The title says it all. Some liquid IV packets really taste like salt and minerals and whatever else. The passionfruit flavor is phenomenal

Taste like Gatorade but feels like better absorption and more refreshing. I personally like the lemon flavor best. And tastes better cold.
