For someone like me who struggles to drink water on a regular basis.. this product has been a game changer! Got the sample pack and used one a day for 5 days straight and didn't realize what a difference hydration can do for your body, energy and sleep.. thankful to have found something with good flavor that I can add to water and enjoy it, and reap the benefit of it all at the same time..

Liquid IV was great for my boyfriend. He suffers a lot from hydration. He passes out a lot and ever since he has been drinking one packet a day, that has stopped! He has been feeling better and noticing a difference. We ordered more because we love it!

Love Liquid IV. I am making a suggestion that we carry this product on our fire trucks so that they can be added to our bottled water when we are out on the long fire calls in the heat this summer. Great way to keep our guys and gals hydrated after fighting any fires. I am also planning to get more so that I have a stock of Liquid IV to drink after my surgery on July 2nd. I want to be able to stay hydrated and not end up back in the hospital.

This stuff is honestly the best! I bought a trial and put it in my water as a pre-workout drink. I drank it before my spin class and I swear it gives me more energy, keeps me super hydrated (I don't feel like I'm gonna pass out during class anymore!) and tastes good. I will definitely be buying more!

I felt the benefit but it was hard to drink because of the Truvia taste. Not fond of non-sugar sweeteners which made it difficult to drink a large 16 oz portion each day. I'd like to try a version that has the Truvia eliminated but all else stays the same. I think I'd like it much better!

This has been a blessing while traveling for work! I try to drink more water while traveling but it’s always difficult. I can add one of these of my bottle of water and know I’m getting the hydration my body needs, without all the nasty additives. AND it tastes good! The Lemon Lime flavor I received tastes like lemon water, which is one of my favorite things! So excited to buy more!

These are my favorite. I am a nurse and its hard to stay hydrated when at work twelve hours, especially now with wearing a mask. I pop one of these into my Hydroflasks and I am good! It really does help with maintaining hydration and electrolytes. LOVE this! Tastes great too!

I've been drinking Liquid IV for a long time and so far I've had a pretty good experience with it. The flavor is pleasant, though it leans a bit sweet for my taste. It's designed to hydrate faster than water alone, which is great for those hot days when you feel drained. I found it particularly useful after a workout, at work or even just when I felt sluggish during the day. The single serving packets are super convenient to carry around and use on the go, especially when I'm traveling or just out and about. One thing to note is that it does contain 11g of sugar per serving, which might be a drawback if you’re watching your sugar intake, but there another version without sugar. However, it also comes with a good dose of vitamins, including B and C, which is a nice bonus. The sodium content is relatively high (around 22% of the daily value), which makes sense given its focus on hydration.
