This has been very helpful throughout pregnancy. It made it easier to drink water during the first trimester and had helped with maintaining hydration and minimizing headaches in the 2nd and 3rd. I don’t use a full packet because it’s a very strong flavor and more sugar than I prefer. The only thing I would change is making it with less sugar.

Hated the flavor! The lemon lime is really chalky and sour I liked the passion fruit the best. I signed up from a promoters Instagram for a sample of the lemon lime then again for what I thought was a sample of passion fruit paid shipping it came in the box was lemon lime and one packed of passion fruit kinda bummed you can’t get a sample box in the better flavors

It’s a great idea of the products they made, but it taste terrible. When I took a sip of my drink I felt like I was sipping on salt. I will say I do feel better after drinking it, but it taste so bad it’s really hard for me to even finish one bottle of water

It was not the best tasting product. I powered through drinking them and I really felt no difference in hydration. I was rather impressed with the sample of the night time blueberry lavender that you included in the order. I only drank half the package and I was very relax and tired but the blueberry flavor was very powerful. Slept well using that item.

I love this product because it immediately resolves dehydration. It tastes great and I love the fact that I can drink less volume of water and more effectively hydrated with safe ingredients. I enjoy all the flavors but especially enjoy passion fruit. I get my deliveries on auto ship for me and my family.

Liquid IV is fantastic and exceeded my expectations. You can rehydrate and stay hydrated without the "water belly" issues that come from drinking large amounts of water. Would recommend to anyone that needs a boost getting all there water in for the day or exercises, or works outside. Great Product.

Enjoyed it. I’m not a huge fan of lemon so the taste was hard for me to swallow but not bad enough to keep me from drinking them again. My friend said it tasted great though! Felt like it did it’s job, I’m going to order the açaí one and I don’t see why I wouldn’t keep buying it for hydration effect :)

I work in a warehouse where Hydration and having drinks with electrolytes is important to fight the heat and keep the energy up. I put the Liquid I.V. Lemon Lime in my water and not only was it delicious, but it kept me hydrated and feeling good my entire shift. I recommend this product to all who like delicious drinks and want to keep their energy up.

this product has given me such a boost in the mornings when i would go workout! it definitely was a surprise to me because i’m usually super tired in the mornings, but this has turned that around for me. super happy with this product and it’s flavor.

I had heard many great things about Liquid I.V from my friends so I decided to see what it was all about. My first reaction was that it actually made me feel super refreshed, and I like how the flavor wasn't over powering or too bitter, I tried the lemon lime ( I personally used a more water to dilute it) but I would highly recommend this product to anyone!
