I was introduced to liquid IV at a Phoenix Rising Soccer Game. We are always looking for a good electrolyte for the kids as they both play club soccer. Both kids love all of the flavors and enjoy drinking it before and after games. We have noticed a huge difference in their play and after game recovery. This is our fave flavor. Seriously so good. After I drink 1 packet I find myself wanting to drink more water (which is good because I’m not great at drinking water). I put my packet in a big water bottle so I can have the flavor for longer but I’ve also put it in a regular bottle and it’s just a stronger flavor.

I had the lemon lime flavor which tasted pretty much like your typical sports drink however a bit more crisp! I am always dehydrated because I just don’t drink enough. I had no problem drinking this down quickly. Very refreshing :ok_hand::skin-tone-2:

I enjoy drinking one of these first when I wake up to help promote hydration and limit bloating and feeling fatigued. This helps with muscle recovery by maintaining important nutrients, electrolytes, and ions to stay efficient at practice and during performances.

I ordered a free trial and received the lemon lime flavor. I have used it once on a day where I was running around and knew I wouldn't be drinking much water. The flavor was refreshing and did not taste watered down like some other products that u mix into a water bottle. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other flavors!

I’ve had a chance to try liquid IV twice now and I love it. It helped me hydrate before a long run last weekend and today I used it to hydrate after a long hilly run. I got the lemon lime flavor and it taste great. I will definitely be purchasing it again.

I tried a free trial of the lemon lime flavor just to see what this was all about. Now I’m craving the flavor! This product is so great!! It tastes great, and it’s contributing to a good cause. I also love how I can drink one bottle of water with this in it and feel more hydrated than a regular bottle. You need liquid IV in your life!

this product has given me such a boost in the mornings when i would go workout! it definitely was a surprise to me because i’m usually super tired in the mornings, but this has turned that around for me. super happy with this product and it’s flavor.

Lemon lime is my favorite discovery in this collection. The flavors are so true and refreshing. It definitely helped boost my activity levels and make me far more productive. I would recommend it for anyone. I felt like I could walk through all the mazes with this supplement in my system.

I ordered the sample because I’ve heard such good things, but I am not a fan of either the passion fruit or lemon lime flavor. I couldn’t get past the taste to get the results. I’m sure it makes you feel better but I’d prefer a different or no flavor.
