I love and drink water daily. I purchased the trial size to get a feel for the product, and honestly, I felt no difference after consuming the product, other than more trips to the restroom. I also didn't care for the lemony-limey tase and had to dilute it more to drink the solution.

This gave me what I needed after a day of hiking and camping. I’ve been sharing these with my family and e are all hooked. The portability of these slim packages are easy to store, adds no weight to my pack and easy to open and add to my water while I’m on a trail.

Super Bowl Sunday started on Saturday and ended Monday morning! I drank one packet when I woke up Sunday and felt so energized and hydrated!! Same thing Monday this stuff is a huge life saver and it’s so important to stay hydrated, especially because I work with doctors and sick patients so staying hydrated is a must!

I’m sure Liquid IV works don’t get me wrong but for me personally it was so so hard to drink.. I’d rather drink 3 water bottles than 1 with this in it. Now I’m not saying it wouldn’t be something great for other people but for me it was way to hard to get past to actually have the benefit… sorry

It's that time of year when hard work is a never ending chore. Because of my medications my mouth gets dry and my lips always end up chapped and sore. Even with drinking all the delicious Tennessee water I can handle I still get dehydrated. I had to mix mine with another drink mix. A sugar free cherry mix along with your lemon lime drink was delicious and refreshing. It's a long summer and I will definatly need more. My oldest Daughter was quite impressed with your product too. She as well as myself need it sold locally. Great job well done.

The flavor is good but what’s the most amazing about this product is how much better you feel when taking it! If you wake up with a bit of a hangover and drink this, it’s life changing. I felt more hydrated than drinking Gatorade and was ready to take on the day as if I hadn’t drank at all the night before.

Wasn't expecting the taste to be so sour, but this may have been caused by trying to drink the water so soon after I brushed my teeth. Overall, I don't think I had enough packets in one day to really tell a difference. However, it did get me to drink more water throughout the day, which I'm horrible at!! I will be looking into possibly trying another flavor, but I'm definitely going to give it a go with this stuff!! Anything that helps me drink more water each day AND also hydrates so quickly - Yeah, that's a keeper!!

I was introduced to liquid IV at a Phoenix Rising Soccer Game. We are always looking for a good electrolyte for the kids as they both play club soccer. I love these so much!. they are great to get my water in for the day an stay hydrated all throughout the day at work or the gym. I get dehydrated very easily from having diabetes an PCOS these are so great I can just keep them in my purse or in the car for easy access. I love all the ingredients and safe ingredients.

I love this product because it immediately resolves dehydration. It tastes great and I love the fact that I can drink less volume of water and more effectively hydrated with safe ingredients. I enjoy all the flavors but especially enjoy passion fruit. I get my deliveries on auto ship for me and my family.
