So i was hoping there was no bubbly taste and there was none! I had the lemon lime and it was great. Tasted like the gatorade flavor actually. Also the sleep stuff i used one night on the AT in a tent and I was out! Fell asleep quick which was great!

Great product to add to water while working outside. Keeps me going, not getting sluggish when out in the heat. Price is better than amazon. Fwiw- those mentioning about lack of flavors, C-o-s-t-c-o has more flavors and even the sugar free lemon lime version, in store not just online. Hth.

I had a few too many drinks on Saturday night and did not feel so hot on Sunday. I felt completely rejuvenated after drinking a liquid IV and was able to make it a productive day. I can't wait to try it again to hydrate as I am terrible at drinking enough water throughout the day!

Hi! I love this flavor the most and I always feel better and notice the difference afterwards. I also love this product because my grandmother, who unfortunately was diagnosed with brain cancer, does not like to drink water. She has a lot of medication now and staying hydrated is now more important than ever. This has helped all of us make sure she’s getting hydrated properly as we are lucky if she drinks 2 bottles of water a day. Infused with Liquid IV, she now stays 2-3 times more hydrated than normal! This made me feel even more dehydrated than before I started using it. Gave me extremely bad cotton mouth so bad I could barely talk. I drank a lot of these because I couldn’t figure out why I was so thirsty. Once I stopped, everything went back to normal.

I found this product to work really well. I am typically a very difficult IV stick/blood draw and I started this product 2-3 days prior to my most recent blood draw and they got me on the first try! The only issue I had was it was almost too sweet (lemon-lime flavor). Sometimes I had to double the amount of water to make it less sweet, otherwise it was great!

So for a reason beyond me, I decided to go and get black out drunk until 3am on a Thursday. Well I woke up at 8am after, chugged one of these and went back to sleep. When I woke up a couple of hours later, I felt okay and had another one. Quickly after that I almost felt better than I do on a non-hungover day. Works amazingly well.

I was not able to drink it as concentrated as the instructions recommend. Suggested use is one packet in 16oz of water. I needed more than 24 to be able to drink it. Because of the strong taste, it also took me a long time to drink the bottle. I guess that’s ok if it’s hydrating me better than plain water

I love this product! I have an autoimmune disease that sucks my energy away by early afternoon. Since I started drinking Liquid I.V. I haven’t “hit the wall” after lunch! I am so much more productive all day long. My new MUST HAVE! Thank you so much!
