I got a free sample from WM, I tried it and the taste isn't too bad. But when I looked to see about buying some: $8-9 for 6 packets????!Since we drink electrolytes everyday, we'll be sticking to our various, and better flavored propel packets to $4 for 10 servings!

This product is AMAZING. I am someone who has never enjoyed drinking water, which leads to never drinking enough. I have always been a fan of sports drinks, but not the sugar content. I love the health benefits and flavor of the lemon lime as well as the ability to control how much I am adding to my water. Just a small amount has lead to drinking water throughout the day and not just a workout times. We all know this so much healthier.

Love Liquid IV. I originally bought it to help with hangovers while we were on our cruise. We like it so much that my husband and I drink one every morning. My husband coaches multiple sports throughout the year and he usually drinks one before practice to keep himself hydrated.

So this does exactly what it says it does. Had this after a night of drinking and it perked me right up. I also used it after a long hike outdoors and being in the sun and it really helped get me back in track for the day. I just wish the flavor wasn’t so sweet. I have only tried the lemon lime and hope to try the others to see which one I like better. But I’d recommend this product for sure

I highly recommend this for expecting mamas who are having trouble staying hydrated. I am 9 months pregnant and I work in the southern heat everyday. I was having problems with muscle cramps due to dehydration. This product is great because it has much less sugar than traditional sports drinks. I could immediately feel the improvements in my body after using this product.

We love Liquid IV and have stuck to the lemon lime. You feel good drinking a healthy lemonade not only when working out or doing activities but in every day life. The price point is comparable to bottled sports drinks yet the health benefits are so much better and you actually know the ingredients which are also much cleaner thank other sports/electrolyte drinks. We keep our cupboard stocked and I have a couple packets in my purse and backpack to have on hand at any time.

Wasn't expecting the taste to be so sour, but this may have been caused by trying to drink the water so soon after I brushed my teeth. Overall, I don't think I had enough packets in one day to really tell a difference. However, it did get me to drink more water throughout the day, which I'm horrible at!! I will be looking into possibly trying another flavor, but I'm definitely going to give it a go with this stuff!! Anything that helps me drink more water each day AND also hydrates so quickly - Yeah, that's a keeper!!

I am forever dehydrated, so I thought I’d give these a go. I do not drink enough fluids. These are great so far. I use one packet in a bottle of water, when I have drank half I fill it up again with more water. The taste is strong and lasts a long time in the water. Very happy.

I received Passion Fruit and Lemon Lime and thought both flavors were disgusting. My kids didn't like them either. I realize lots of people enjoy Liquid I.V. but I found myself avoiding my water bottle because I couldn't stand the taste, so it backfired for me.

These are my favorite. I am a nurse and its hard to stay hydrated when at work twelve hours, especially now with wearing a mask. I pop one of these into my Hydroflasks and I am good! It really does help with maintaining hydration and electrolytes. LOVE this! Tastes great too!
