Liquid IV is fantastic and exceeded my expectations. You can rehydrate and stay hydrated without the "water belly" issues that come from drinking large amounts of water. Would recommend to anyone that needs a boost getting all there water in for the day or exercises, or works outside. Great Product.

So….. idk if you market this as a hangover cure, but YOU SHOULD!!! I’m in college, and last weekend let's just say I may have overdid it. The next morning, instead of reaching for my usual pedialyte, I tried one of these and LET ME TELL YOU I was feeling back to normal within the hour!! I have turned all of my friends onto this. If you aren’t marketing to college kids you should.

This is a great product. Ive been trying out a lot of electrolyte products recently. Liquid IV is the best all around. Taste (lemon) is exceptional! even if not at proper water ratio and it still holds flavor w/o tasting too diluted and strange. The benefits of the mix have also shown beneficial to performance and hydration levels . Great product!

I got this as a present from the baby registry. Thought I'd try it even though the ingredients are not great. It tasted so bad I threw it out. Would not recommend it, especially not when pregnant. Drink tea or lemon water, or coconut water, way better for you and will save a ton of money too.

I hate drinking water although I know it is very good for my body. I would suggest the concentration of the flavor be made less intense. I have lost 5 pounds and inches this week just from drinking more water. I will definitely be ordering more for the whole household.

I felt the benefit but it was hard to drink because of the Truvia taste. Not fond of non-sugar sweeteners which made it difficult to drink a large 16 oz portion each day. I'd like to try a version that has the Truvia eliminated but all else stays the same. I think I'd like it much better!

This was one less favorite, the flavor was just not very good. It had a salty taste that I couldn’t even finish it. Other than that I wold choose to drink it if I was really needing to get hydrated because I know this product works very good in that way.

I got a free sample from WM, I tried it and the taste isn't too bad. But when I looked to see about buying some: $8-9 for 6 packets????!Since we drink electrolytes everyday, we'll be sticking to our various, and better flavored propel packets to $4 for 10 servings!

I really don't like the taste of water. With that being said me and my son love the flavor it gives to the water. We are both willing to drink a whole 33.8 ounce bottle with this flavor. I feel like anything less than 33.8oz would be too sweet. im_prego

Super Bowl Sunday started on Saturday and ended Monday morning! I drank one packet when I woke up Sunday and felt so energized and hydrated!! Same thing Monday this stuff is a huge life saver and it’s so important to stay hydrated, especially because I work with doctors and sick patients so staying hydrated is a must!
