This product is AMAZING. I am someone who has never enjoyed drinking water, which leads to never drinking enough. I have always been a fan of sports drinks, but not the sugar content. I love the health benefits and flavor of the lemon lime as well as the ability to control how much I am adding to my water. Just a small amount has lead to drinking water throughout the day and not just a workout times. We all know this so much healthier.

I'm always feeling sluggish and thought maybe it might help to hydrate a little more. OK, a LOT more. I'm terrible at drinking enough. So when I heard about this product, I decided right away to try it. I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the lemon-lime flavor was, and even if it was partly a placebo effect, I swear I felt a difference after my first bottle. I've been drinking a bottle a day for the past 5 days, and I feel so much better. Liquid I.V. for the win!

I was not able to drink it as concentrated as the instructions recommend. Suggested use is one packet in 16oz of water. I needed more than 24 to be able to drink it. Because of the strong taste, it also took me a long time to drink the bottle. I guess that’s ok if it’s hydrating me better than plain water

I heard about liquid I.V. On a podcast and had to try it. I have a really hard time getting in enough water, and This product makes it so easy for me to stay hydrated. It tastes great (I mix one packet into my 32 oz bottle) and I feel so much more energized. I hope to never be without it again!

So this product left me disappointed. I was excited to try it however the tast of the product was super salty it was like taking a drink of the ocean And not too much time pasted that super thirsty like I had cotton mouth so I didn’t get where that extra hydration came in with this product I am glad it was a free product but sad that I had to pay shipping for it I have five packets left of that trial so if I can return it and get my shipping back that would be awesome

This was one less favorite, the flavor was just not very good. It had a salty taste that I couldn’t even finish it. Other than that I wold choose to drink it if I was really needing to get hydrated because I know this product works very good in that way.

This is such an impactful powder to add to my water. You feel instantly hydrated and energized. The flavors I tried are lemon and fruit punch. So far my favorite is lemon but I’m probably biased as I like sour flavors. If you feel like you’re lacking energy and don’t want an energy drink, I recommend these electrolytes mix instead.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Great taste and after drinking a few in the morning i felt my energy levels skyrocket compared to drinking coffee. Although i am not impressed with the added sugar, would prefer without. Highly recommend

So….. idk if you market this as a hangover cure, but YOU SHOULD!!! I’m in college, and last weekend let's just say I may have overdid it. The next morning, instead of reaching for my usual pedialyte, I tried one of these and LET ME TELL YOU I was feeling back to normal within the hour!! I have turned all of my friends onto this. If you aren’t marketing to college kids you should.

I purchased a sample pack and was disappointed that the box was all one flavor. I figured for sure there would be at least one of each. Worked great for keeping us hydrated and getting rid of nagging sun induced headaches. The flavor though isnt the best and felt like a really salty aftertaste.
