The amount of hydration this puts back into system and the speed that it takes effect is incredible. After a day and a half of drinking with friends I was getting a headache while everyone was still together, I drank liquid IV and the headache went away quickly I was back to the festivities! Getting older is hard but not so bad with this available! I also didn’t feel bad the next day.

I usually do HIIT work outs twice a week and its very hard for me to rehydrate after. No matter how much water I would drink... I still would get a headache and feel really tired. After using Liquid I.V. I can honestly say I didn't get a headache from a hard work out. Liquid I.V. rehydrated me! Definitely going to continue using this!

I've been drinking Liquid IV for a long time and so far I've had a pretty good experience with it. The flavor is pleasant, though it leans a bit sweet for my taste. It's designed to hydrate faster than water alone, which is great for those hot days when you feel drained. I found it particularly useful after a workout, at work or even just when I felt sluggish during the day. The single serving packets are super convenient to carry around and use on the go, especially when I'm traveling or just out and about. One thing to note is that it does contain 11g of sugar per serving, which might be a drawback if you’re watching your sugar intake, but there another version without sugar. However, it also comes with a good dose of vitamins, including B and C, which is a nice bonus. The sodium content is relatively high (around 22% of the daily value), which makes sense given its focus on hydration.

I’m not a person that drinks very much each day. I usually sip on a bottled water at work then drink a couple glasses in the evening with dinner. Nowhere near the intake I’m supposed to have. Trying your product to increase my intake from a scientific approach. It tastes great and dissolves well when added to water. I haven’t necessarily felt any differently, but only been using 1 per day. I will continue using the product for a month or so to have time to truly give it a shot.

My fiance and I both have been using them and we love it!! Will be getting more! These are especially perfect for me right now because I'm pregnant and have a hard time staying hydrated because I have never really just drank a lot of liquids, but now I'm taking in liquids for 2! Amazing product!!!

I tried the passionfruit and it was a little sweet in my opinion. Still good especially after I diluted it more. I do wish it had some effervescence to it. I couldn't really tell a ton as far as hydration, but was also working out in 95* heat so it must have helped some.

So all the insta bloggers, influencers mention this and it was a free 6 pack sample- only paid shipping. The taste wasn’t that great at first, not sure why I was thinking it wouldn’t have a taste, but reminded me of alka seltzer - lemon-lime- once I got use to that, I do like these and will order more.

This flavor is our favorite so far. My whole family enjoys the fruity flavors. We drink a lot of water but never feel fully hydrated, but Liquid IV helped bring that feeling back. It’s noticeable after drinking one glass and our bodies thank us for staying hydrated.

I haven't used it enough to notice a huge difference in level of hydration. However, as a elementary school teacher who is always on run, a soccer coach, and someone who suffers from frequent migraines I look forward to continue using this. Super convenient and very tasty!
