Liquid IV is so amazing. I’m on medication that gives me such terrible dry mouth and literally nothing helped. That is until I tried Liquid IV. Liquid IV totally solved this problem for me. Bonus: it made me feel fuller so I was not snacking throughout the day. Thanks Liquid IV!

I felt the benefit but it was hard to drink because of the Truvia taste. Not fond of non-sugar sweeteners which made it difficult to drink a large 16 oz portion each day. I'd like to try a version that has the Truvia eliminated but all else stays the same. I think I'd like it much better!

I'll start by saying, I love the idea behind Liquid IV I do love the taste of the lemon lime however the consistency of the water... not so much. Once you add in the liquid IV, it is definitely not what I expected it is almost thick. Weird. I'm not sure I'll buy it again..

This product is AMAZING. I am someone who has never enjoyed drinking water, which leads to never drinking enough. I have always been a fan of sports drinks, but not the sugar content. I love the health benefits and flavor of the lemon lime as well as the ability to control how much I am adding to my water. Just a small amount has lead to drinking water throughout the day and not just a workout times. We all know this so much healthier.

I love this product so much!! Made me totally hydrated all day long. I drank 2 packets mixed in with half a gallon of water and the lemon lime Tatar isn’t bad at all. The drink can be a tad bit salty at first due to the high amounts of sodium however after drinking it I was peeing every hour if not more than that. But my urine is extremely clear and it makes my body feel great and less cramping during workouts. 10/10 recommend!!

I'm always feeling sluggish and thought maybe it might help to hydrate a little more. OK, a LOT more. I'm terrible at drinking enough. So when I heard about this product, I decided right away to try it. I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the lemon-lime flavor was, and even if it was partly a placebo effect, I swear I felt a difference after my first bottle. I've been drinking a bottle a day for the past 5 days, and I feel so much better. Liquid I.V. for the win!

I ordered a free trial and received the lemon lime flavor. I have used it once on a day where I was running around and knew I wouldn't be drinking much water. The flavor was refreshing and did not taste watered down like some other products that u mix into a water bottle. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other flavors!

I heard about liquid I.V. On a podcast and had to try it. I have a really hard time getting in enough water, and This product makes it so easy for me to stay hydrated. It tastes great (I mix one packet into my 32 oz bottle) and I feel so much more energized. I hope to never be without it again!

So this product left me disappointed. I was excited to try it however the tast of the product was super salty it was like taking a drink of the ocean And not too much time pasted that super thirsty like I had cotton mouth so I didn’t get where that extra hydration came in with this product I am glad it was a free product but sad that I had to pay shipping for it I have five packets left of that trial so if I can return it and get my shipping back that would be awesome

I ordered this because my 95 year old grandmother in Tennessee, suffers from dehydration which in turn negatively impacts her bowels and she ends up in the hospital for rehydration every winter and spring. She just received the package three days ago and has tried one packet. She says it is a little strong for her so I advised her to dilute it using two packs per half gallon of water. I am looking forward to seeing if this product helps her stay properly hydrated enough to avoid the past problems. Pretty excited to find out, because we have another family member--(a 35 year old) who lives in the frozen tundra of Wisconsin who also dehydrates severely in the winter and I am interested in getting her started on it as well if it proves itself as a viable assist.
