I received a sample pack per the recommendation of someone I follow on Instagram - not going to lie, I was a little bit skeptical but figured I would give it a try! I always struggle to drink enough water and liquid IV is now my go-to when I am feeling dehydrated or after a night out. Can’t wait to buy more! Next to try is the sleep formula!

I received the lemon lime flavor since that was the only option available for sampling. Unfortunately, I didn’t care for the taste st all as well as it has a nasty aftertaste. I would recommend offering a choice of flavors or a mix of all flavors to sample as I believe I may have liked the fruit punch flavor but that wasn’t an option.

After trying a ton of products that “claim” to be the hangover cure I was skeptical on trying, BUT so glad I did! After having a wine day with my bff we decided to get margaritas and hit the dance floor. We knew that mixing would mean we pray to the porcelain gods the next am but I wanted to put LiquidIV to the test. It passed with flying colors!! No tummy issues, no pounding headache, no jitters and no foggy brain! This is my go to from now on!! Thank you!!

I was more then a little skeptical about this product at first. I’m one of those weirdos who drinks a lot of water every day already and doubted I’d notice a difference at all. I don’t consume sugars past noon so I drink one in the morning and I have to say I’ve noticed a difference in my mid day lull... as in it doesn’t exist. I’ve also noticed after my morning workouts I don’t feel so thirsty I immediatly drink bottles of water. I’ve recommended it to a few people and given them a packet to try. The flavor is also good. Lemon lime seems almost a little sugary but I noticed if I add it to a 32oz bottle instead it’s the perfect ratio.

Super Bowl Sunday started on Saturday and ended Monday morning! I drank one packet when I woke up Sunday and felt so energized and hydrated!! Same thing Monday this stuff is a huge life saver and it’s so important to stay hydrated, especially because I work with doctors and sick patients so staying hydrated is a must!

I love and drink water daily. I purchased the trial size to get a feel for the product, and honestly, I felt no difference after consuming the product, other than more trips to the restroom. I also didn't care for the lemony-limey tase and had to dilute it more to drink the solution.

I was super excited to try Liquid I.V. because I get dehydrated all the time - 9 times out of 10, I HATE drinking water. I can't believe how much I like this stuff! I have the lemon-lime flavor and I really do love it - it tastes similar to a Gatorade and you can easily add less or more water to get it to your desired taste. I find myself chugging my waters now, and maybe it's in my head - maybe not, but I feel like I am just more "with it" if that makes sense. Again, I go from drinking little to no water to drinking one of these and I feel like a different person.

I cant even give a review on if it worked for me I couldn't get past the taste of the lemon lime or the passion fruit. I ordered both and gave them away to my neighbor to try and my neighbor came over and she said she couldn't drink it either because the taste was awful! I wouldn't reccomend it! Theirs other alternatives for hydrating. I'll stick to my bottled water.

The idea of the product is obviously awesome, I personally thought one packet per one 16oz bottle of water was insanely sweet and thick tasting. I had to chug mine to get it down. I would recommend this product but I would also recommend using more water than they suggest unless you like drinks super sweet (which I have the biggest sweet tooth and this was still too much). Once I found the perfect water to powder ratio, I enjoyed it very much.

Ok, it was weird at first, the salt I think. I won’t say what it reminded me of. :grimacing::joy::joy: But since I never drink water, I can really feel the difference drinking this product. I would/will buy it. I haven’t looked at the price yet though...
