Love Liquid IV. I originally bought it to help with hangovers while we were on our cruise. We like it so much that my husband and I drink one every morning. My husband coaches multiple sports throughout the year and he usually drinks one before practice to keep himself hydrated.

This product is AWESOME! I am a busy working soccer mom...always on the go! I worry about my kids not hydrating enough with being at school all day then heading to high intensity soccer practices and games after. Ever since I have given them this product, they feel GREAT and HYDRATED! It is a routine now for them to grab a LIQUID IV to go! By the way, this is a FAMILY loved product, not just the kids :)

I tried a free trial of the lemon lime flavor just to see what this was all about. Now I’m craving the flavor! This product is so great!! It tastes great, and it’s contributing to a good cause. I also love how I can drink one bottle of water with this in it and feel more hydrated than a regular bottle. You need liquid IV in your life!

I admit, I was a little skeptical, as I normally am of products advertised on different social medias. However, I do love a free sample. So when I received my free sample, I added it to my normal water bottle at work and I was pleasantly SURPRISED that everything advertised is true. My afternoon slump was gone, lots of energy, and just overall feeling refreshed. My coworkers noticed the difference to, and were asking what the change was - and were going to the website to get theirs! Definitely going to be getting more. You will not be disappointed, if you are on the fence with giving this a try - DO IT!!

I was not able to drink it as concentrated as the instructions recommend. Suggested use is one packet in 16oz of water. I needed more than 24 to be able to drink it. Because of the strong taste, it also took me a long time to drink the bottle. I guess that’s ok if it’s hydrating me better than plain water

Liquid IV was great in terms of getting the proper hydration after working out and playing basketball on a weekly basis. It helped me wake up feeling hydrated as opposed to dehydrated and with a headache as I was accustomed to. Will definitely continue to use this product

If you like salty lemon lime sports drinks that have been open for days, then you’ll like this. If I felt like it actually made me more hydrated I would tolerate the taste but I didn’t feel any more hydrated after drinking it. Glad I didn’t pay full price for the sample pack

I have a hard time drinking water so i often find myself dehydrated, after drinking one bottle with the Liquid IV in it i couldn't believe how good I felt, I felt energized and not like too much coffee or jittery energy drink energized, just good like i had a great night sleep and i could go on a run it just felt really good, i highly recommend to anyone who like me knows they don't drink enough water.

My sister and I definitely notice a difference!! More hydrated means more energy, which is always great!! (Personally I add more water to it because I don’t drink much flavored stuff, so it can be a little on the stronger side) However, I do wish they had the other flavors in a sample pack. I’d love to try the açaí before I buy a bigger pack of it.
