I admit, I was a little skeptical, as I normally am of products advertised on different social medias. However, I do love a free sample. So when I received my free sample, I added it to my normal water bottle at work and I was pleasantly SURPRISED that everything advertised is true. My afternoon slump was gone, lots of energy, and just overall feeling refreshed. My coworkers noticed the difference to, and were asking what the change was - and were going to the website to get theirs! Definitely going to be getting more. You will not be disappointed, if you are on the fence with giving this a try - DO IT!!

The idea of the product is obviously awesome, I personally thought one packet per one 16oz bottle of water was insanely sweet and thick tasting. I had to chug mine to get it down. I would recommend this product but I would also recommend using more water than they suggest unless you like drinks super sweet (which I have the biggest sweet tooth and this was still too much). Once I found the perfect water to powder ratio, I enjoyed it very much.

This drink mix is excellent, however it is only for use during periods of activity. It's not to be drank at home like a juicy juice. I don't know about the user who claimed it raised her blood pressure, but I'm guessing she's not very active. I use it frequently on long mountain bike rides if I feel like I'm going to "bonk" It doesn't offer much for calories, but it'll save bring you back to life if you're in the red on a hike, run, ride, paddleboard. I love and drink water daily. I purchased the trial size to get a feel for the product, and honestly, I felt no difference after consuming the product, other than more trips to the restroom. I also didn't care for the lemony-limey tase and had to dilute it more to drink the solution.

The first time I tried this product was bc i had a little too much wine the night before and needed to hydrate! I had a pounding headache when I got up so I took my Liquid I.V. And maybe had one glass of regular water before noticing my headache was gone and I felt so much better! Amazing!

I had an amazing experience with Liquid I.V. As a mom that’s nursing I have to make sure I hydrate enough throughout the day which isn’t always easy but thanks to Liquid I.V I’ve been able to stay hydrated without adding sugar filled drinks to my routine.

I was very pleased how I felt after using the product for six days. I bought the six pack. I did feel much more hydrated but unfortunately I did not enjoy the lemon lime flavor. I’m not giving up and I will try the other flavors!! Thanks for a great product.

I was skeptical when purchasing the trial pack of these packets and wasn't sure what the hype was about with these Liquid IV packets. I was pleasantly surprised not only with the taste but with the added hydration I could feel and how this has helped my daily water intake. I actually want to drink more water when I include one of these packets in my daily routine and feel like I am keeping sickness at bay!

I am a breastfeeding mother and always looking for additional ways to stay hydrated. I enjoyed being able to add these to water instead of buying a premixed product. The flavor was a little strong for me so I just used additional water. Really enjoyed it.
