I was really excited to try this product as I think the concept is excellent. Living in Arizona I always feel it’s difficult to get as hydrated as I should be. However, after trying the samples I was not a huge fan of the flavor. Both flavors I tried were way too sweet for me to drink. I would love to try them again if a less sweet version comes out.

I am a breastfeeding mother and always looking for additional ways to stay hydrated. I enjoyed being able to add these to water instead of buying a premixed product. The flavor was a little strong for me so I just used additional water. Really enjoyed it.

I drink a liquid I.V. Almost every day to help keep my body hydrated and feeling good! Hangovers are no match for a couple of these on the weekends! I keep them in my handbag for emergencies! Thank you liquid I.V. for keeping me hydrated and feeling fabulous!

So for a reason beyond me, I decided to go and get black out drunk until 3am on a Thursday. Well I woke up at 8am after, chugged one of these and went back to sleep. When I woke up a couple of hours later, I felt okay and had another one. Quickly after that I almost felt better than I do on a non-hungover day. Works amazingly well.

I tried one pouch of the Lemon-Lime sample and couldn't even drink the whole thing. It was a confusing mix of salty, sweet, and sour that just didn't taste good. I ended up drinking even less water that day because I couldn't choke down the Liquid IV and I didn't have another bottle of water.

They encourage you to drink a lot of water and replenish electrolytes. I just wish they had a little lower salt content but they tasted great!

I purchased a sample pack and was disappointed that the box was all one flavor. I figured for sure there would be at least one of each. Worked great for keeping us hydrated and getting rid of nagging sun induced headaches. The flavor though isnt the best and felt like a really salty aftertaste.

This is my third order of this product and I can really feel the difference in my energy levels after a long day's work in high temperatures. I work in the industrial field and temps can be well over 100 degrees. This product really keeps you hydrated which a major safety issue in our industry.

This stuff really hits the spot when I’m parched and super thirsty. I drink one and I’m all set. My dry mouth disappears! I woke up super dry this morning and mixed one up, chugged it down because it tasted so refreshing and I instantly felt hydrated.
