A friend shared a packet of Liquid IV with me and I was shocked at how well it worked. I had to get some for myself. This will be something that we keep in the cabinet for those fun nights, or sick days when we need to make sure we are hydrated. This item is a must!

It’s a great idea of the products they made, but it taste terrible. When I took a sip of my drink I felt like I was sipping on salt. I will say I do feel better after drinking it, but it taste so bad it’s really hard for me to even finish one bottle of water

This is a great way to get hydrated fast! Works well for pregnancy as well as work outs. I always seem to not drink enough water, but when I drink this I feel hydrated within the hour! I use only half a pack per 16 oz water due to it being a little too sweet for my liking. But this way it lasts longer!

As a nursing student, who is busy with clinicals, classes, and working out, I love LIV for the long days when I don’t always get enough fluids in me (usually the days I need it the most too)! I’ve not had a flavor I didn’t like and they packets are so convenient to take anywhere!

Personally I thought the flavors were extremely bold and even after mixing vigorously it still felt chalky. And I also simply did not see any improvement to my daily hydration. Hopefully I am a one in a thousand customer who had these poor results because I truly believe you guys are ahead of your time with this hydration technology.

My fiance and I both have been using them and we love it!! Will be getting more! These are especially perfect for me right now because I'm pregnant and have a hard time staying hydrated because I have never really just drank a lot of liquids, but now I'm taking in liquids for 2! Amazing product!!!

Orders are always received very quickly and this time I tried the Berry flavor! It was good however I’m still partial to the lemon lime. I use it for muscle cramps and if I’ve “over done it” having a little to much to drink. Sure makes the morning easier!

Not a fan of water, it has always been a challenge for me to drink my daily intake of water, it was a chore for me to drink even a bottle or two of water a day. Now with that being said I ordered the sample pack of (6) lemon lime flavored Liquid IV and was hoping it didnt taste terrible but even if it did the fact it hydrates you 3 times as fast was worth it to me. It was a bit strong tasting so I diluted it but not by much and let me tell ya I drank two packets that first day! It reminded me of the Gatorade flavor (which I dilute that as well) I seriously think it has helped my headaches and knowing how easy I can stay hydrated now will make purchasing more Liquid IV a no brainer!

I've been drinking Liquid IV for a long time and so far I've had a pretty good experience with it. The flavor is pleasant, though it leans a bit sweet for my taste. It's designed to hydrate faster than water alone, which is great for those hot days when you feel drained. I found it particularly useful after a workout, at work or even just when I felt sluggish during the day. The single serving packets are super convenient to carry around and use on the go, especially when I'm traveling or just out and about. One thing to note is that it does contain 11g of sugar per serving, which might be a drawback if you’re watching your sugar intake, but there another version without sugar. However, it also comes with a good dose of vitamins, including B and C, which is a nice bonus. The sodium content is relatively high (around 22% of the daily value), which makes sense given its focus on hydration.

Love Liquid IV. I am making a suggestion that we carry this product on our fire trucks so that they can be added to our bottled water when we are out on the long fire calls in the heat this summer. Great way to keep our guys and gals hydrated after fighting any fires. I am also planning to get more so that I have a stock of Liquid IV to drink after my surgery on July 2nd. I want to be able to stay hydrated and not end up back in the hospital.
