I struggle with keeping up on staying hydrated on a daily basis. Liquid IV has been amazing and keeping me feeling hydrated as well as energized without the fatigue and brain fog i have previously experienced. Highly recommended. Especially if you live an active lifestyle.

I have absolutely loved the Liquid I.V products. They taste delicious and work wonderfully. I don’t usually consume enough water in my day so this product is a huge blessing for me! Being a ranching/cowboy family we are always on the go and working outside in the heat so this product is a must for us!! I highly recommend this product to everyone.

Really tasty and makes me want to drink more!!! I absolutely love this flavor! I can not wait to restock and grab some more passion fruit for my liquid I.V collection!!! Passion is definitely in my top 5 flavors for sure the only other flavor I think that is better than passion fruit would have to be the strawberry one!

Its like someone accidentally aadded salt instead of sugar to your lemonade. The directions say to add to 16 oz of water, but maybe it would be better to add to a gallon of water. i dont know. I forced myself to drink a few swallows, but poured most out. NASTY!

So this does exactly what it says it does. Had this after a night of drinking and it perked me right up. I also used it after a long hike outdoors and being in the sun and it really helped get me back in track for the day. I just wish the flavor wasn’t so sweet. I have only tried the lemon lime and hope to try the others to see which one I like better. But I’d recommend this product for sure

Throwing in a packet of liquid IV into that bottle of water you are trying to get down after a night out is essential to helping with your hangover. It won’t cure your hangover, but it will help you from not being down and out all day long and getting you that much closer to the next party

I would not recommend. Within 30mins of taking my stomach began to cramp up really bad and I had diarrhea for 3 hours. Tasted like a colonoscopy prep drink, sad because it cleaned me out like an colonoscopy prep drink. Not worth it if you suffer IBS or any other stomach issues.

Seriously! This stuff is IT! I’m a true hater of the ole H2O but suffer easily from dehydration and migraines. This stuff nips my issue in the backside! I was nervous it would taste nasty, but it is really actually good (only tried the lemon). I always have a pouch with me for emergencies when I feel my mouth getting dry or a headache creeping in. Way to go liquid IV!

I’m a beverage kind of person. I drink a lot of soda (yes, insert your judgement here) and I love vitamin water. I like things with flavour which makes drinking water so hard. I’ve tried other things like crystals to add to your water but they leave a bad after taste or are super bad for you. So I tried this on a whim and I’m hooked! I’ve tried the Lemon Lime and the Passion Fruit and they’re soooooo tasty. The first 2 days I noticed I didn’t even reach for a soda or crave one - not sure if that’s part of it but I feel like I was so satisfied with it that I didn’t need the other stuff. Run, don’t walk, to get your hands on this stuff! It changed my life!
