I purchased these originally to see if they would help with my headaches/migraines. Not only did they work for me, but they also worked for my friends. Definitely a re-purchase! (Just not in the lemon-lime flavor... it just wasn’t for me) Overall a GREAT product!

I would not recommend. Within 30mins of taking my stomach began to cramp up really bad and I had diarrhea for 3 hours. Tasted like a colonoscopy prep drink, sad because it cleaned me out like an colonoscopy prep drink. Not worth it if you suffer IBS or any other stomach issues.

I tried one pouch of the Lemon-Lime sample and couldn't even drink the whole thing. It was a confusing mix of salty, sweet, and sour that just didn't taste good. I ended up drinking even less water that day because I couldn't choke down the Liquid IV and I didn't have another bottle of water.

We love Liquid IV and have stuck to the lemon lime. You feel good drinking a healthy lemonade not only when working out or doing activities but in every day life. The price point is comparable to bottled sports drinks yet the health benefits are so much better and you actually know the ingredients which are also much cleaner thank other sports/electrolyte drinks. We keep our cupboard stocked and I have a couple packets in my purse and backpack to have on hand at any time.

I really like the flavor of this stuff. Think I like the lemon lime better than passion fruit but honestly both are good. A nice change to help me drink my water. Even helpful one day when I had too much wine the night prior to help get rid of a headache. Will be buying more!

I heard about this product from social media so I gave it a try! I try and drink enough water throughout the day but sometimes I just don’t drink enough. Liquid IV keeps me hydrated and the Lemon Lime flavor is soooo good! If you haven’t tried it... go get you some! Hurry!

Lemon lime has been my all time fave for a long time, but this flavor took first place. I feel so much better after drinking one and i work on the lake, so we staying hydrated is necessary. These keep myself and my staff going strong in the summer heat

First of all it tastes delicious. Secondly, I can tell the difference when I use Liquid IV and when I don't! My skin is already looking better and I am sleeping better because I'm getting more hydration in my body. I will continue to use this product for sure!

I Love Liquid I.V.!! Hadn't ordered for a while and I truly missed it. And the new Passion Fruit flavor is a definite hit!!! I never drink Enough water,especially during the colder months but this has helped me increase my H2O consumption!!! Thanks Liquid I.V.

I liked the science and concept behind it. Especially with my work not Always being able to drink water and my lifestyle traveling and exercising it’s important to stay hydrated. However I didn’t feel a difference in my body when I took them. Maybe I didn’t try them for liking enough to notice I’m not sure.
