A symptom of my autoimmune disorder is dehydration - dry skin, dry eyes, dry mouth, chapped lips. After drinking one Liquid-IV each day for only 2 days, my skin was soft, my lips were smooth, and I didn't feel the need to guzzle bottle after bottle of water. This stuff is amazing. Y'all, I haven't had soft skin without using gobs of lotion in years! I will definitely be a long time customer! (I'm expecting my next package today!)

I gave one of these to my husband to try while he was at work, when he came home he said it was really good! I tried both the lemon and passion fruit and they both are amazing. I made sure that me water was ice cold and that I shook it up really good to make sure that the product was mixed. I did not have the salty taste that some were getting but I think it was because I drank it ice cold.

We’ve all seen the commercials, the paid sponsorships etc but to actually try this and it be everything it was said to be and much much more was incredible to say the least. Didn’t realize how much my body needed it and gotta say I was very pleasantly surprised that the flavor was great too

They were a bit too sweet for me but I think with some extra water added they would be perfect! I love the individual packaging because it makes it easy for on the go.

I was introduced to liquid IV at a Phoenix Rising Soccer Game. We are always looking for a good electrolyte for the kids as they both play club soccer. Both kids love all of the flavors and enjoy drinking it before and after games. We have noticed a huge difference in their play and after game recovery. This flavor reminds me of being on vacation. I definitely feel more hydrated after taking LiquidIV. I can also see it on my skin and my face. I usually drink water all day long when I'm at home but when I'm on the go, I take a packet with me to keep myself hydrated. I also love the acai berry flavor.

My experience has been truly amazing. I know how important it is to keep hydrated but all my life it has been difficult for me. Liquid I.V. has made me look forward to hydrating. I cant even give a review on if it worked for me I couldn't get past the taste of the lemon lime or the passion fruit. I ordered both and gave them away to my neighbor to try and my neighbor came over and she said she couldn't drink it either because the taste was awful! I wouldn't reccomend it! Theirs other alternatives for hydrating. I'll stick to my bottled water.

I can tell the biggest difference on the days I drink water with my Liquid I.V. powder and the days I don't. WIthout it, my mouth is always dry, Im constantly thirsty and feel sluggish. WIth it, I have more energy and don't struggle with feeling dehydrated all day!! I love the different flavors too! Highly Recommend!!

This is the all time best hydration hack! It made me feel so good inside. I was walking to my class and felt so alive awake and aware. At 8 am I have never felt so lively. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to boost their productivity levels throughout the day! Great flavor great taste all around a great product.
