I love and am a sucker for anything berry and this definitely hits the spot and is right on the mark with Acai Berry. Drink this during practice and I feel better than ever. Definitely can tell a difference in my body and athletic performance when I drink it versus when I miss a day. I could drink this flavor everyday and never get tired of it. Cold water, ice, this packet = most refreshing and rejuvenating drink ever.

I ha been wanting to find something to help me drink more water. I have a pretty active lifestyle but just don't find myself drinking a lot of water. I used to drink just 1-2 16oz bottles which is awful but that's completely changed since I started Liquid IV. I find myself looking for my water bottle and love the taste of the Açai Berry! When working out I swear a lot. After increasing the number of days that I work out, I’ve had a hard time rehydrating appropriately to the point of causing tachycardia. I’ve used Liquid IV for the past several weeks now and have felt amazing!! Very impressed!!

Had never tried this but I could tell the difference once I started using it. I drink water sometimes but I felt so much better and had so much more focus after drinking one. Plus the flavor was so good! I try to have one once a day on my plan or at lunch to help fill me up and focus me.

I purchased these originally to see if they would help with my headaches/migraines. Not only did they work for me, but they also worked for my friends. Definitely a re-purchase! (Just not in the lemon-lime flavor... it just wasn’t for me) Overall a GREAT product!

I saw the Instagram add for these and was instantly interested. I’ve only had one so far and just couldn’t stomach the drink. Although the taste is good (tastes like a lemon-lime Gatorade), it was WAY too sweet. Reminded me of the glucose drink when I was pregnant. Maybe I’ll try another if I’m desperate, but for now I’m going to pass.

First of all it tastes delicious. Secondly, I can tell the difference when I use Liquid IV and when I don't! My skin is already looking better and I am sleeping better because I'm getting more hydration in my body. I will continue to use this product for sure!

I had heard about liquid IV for a while and was hesitate because of the price, I finally gave it a try when they offered a free sample of 6 packets. The day they arrived my kids where sick with a stomach bug (perfect timing) I gave each one a pack and they peeled up and felt better so fast! I know this product definitely helped them keep hydrated, I used it as well and noticed a difference in my overall feeling as well. Definitely a must have in your house!
