The lemon lime flavor is my go to flavor!! I love the taste of these. It reminds me of a lemonade/gatorade taste but it’s so refreshing! I struggle with getting all my fluids in each day but these definitely help me feel hydrated!! I have been putting one packet in a glass of water and adding in some ice cubes to make it cold and it’s so refreshing!!

I tried the sample pack with lemon/lime at first I was super excited to tru this new product.....unfortunately the flavor did not set well with me and was reminiscent of the lemon/lime magnesium citrate saline laxative solution. I did not feel refreshed or hydrated I felt kinda woozy after drinking this concoction.

As someone with dysautonomia and has lots of problems with electrolyte imbalance, this is the best kind of product. Most sports drinks are never the right balance with not enough of one thing or too much sugar, but this is perfect. I was worried I wouldn't like the taste, but I actually enjoy it. I have only tried lemon-lime so far, but I am excited to try more.

I did not realized how dehydrated I was until I felt relief from symptoms (fatigue, unquenchable thirst, lack of concentration) after using Liquid IV for an entire week. I plan to make this a part of my daily routine by drinking one per day in addition water alone. I’m in love with this stuff! I had been dehydrated for weeks without knowing exactly what was wrong. After drinking Liquid IV for a few days in a row, I feel like a new person. I already bought more and will continue to do so. A must have product, especially if you are active or like to imbibe in a few too many cocktails every now and then.

It's that time of year when hard work is a never ending chore. Because of my medications my mouth gets dry and my lips always end up chapped and sore. Even with drinking all the delicious Tennessee water I can handle I still get dehydrated. I had to mix mine with another drink mix. A sugar free cherry mix along with your lemon lime drink was delicious and refreshing. It's a long summer and I will definatly need more. My oldest Daughter was quite impressed with your product too. My body is very sensitive to the slightest bit of dehydration- because of that, I don’t drink much. This past weekend I drake liquid IV and felt great! I honestly believe that the Liquid I.V. has kept me out of the hospital during our long hot summer in Florida. I am afraid it made my A1C go up, I will find out when I have my next blood test. I don't want to have to stop the Liquid I.V. Thanks, Nancy
