I left a remark on one of the posts of yours. Because it was 3 times the hydration rate of regular water, it made me visit the bathroom 3 times as much, so I was not ahead in this deal at all. And I do not like the flavor, I forced myself to choke it down just to try something new, I cannot drink the others, and I hesitate to try the sleep version of this, for fear I won't get any, and my sleep is already screwed up enough as it is. But thank you anyway for trying. I will have to live with being dehydrated, I guess.

I really don't like the taste of water. With that being said me and my son love the flavor it gives to the water. We are both willing to drink a whole 33.8 ounce bottle with this flavor. I feel like anything less than 33.8oz would be too sweet. im_prego

Tried this product for the first time and it’s great and helps with dehydration! It dissolves really well with water doesn’t leave that gritty undissolved powder at the bottom of your cup/bottle. The flavor is pleasant the little packs are portable easy to carry during exercise or travel.

I believe liquid IV is a real game-changer for me. The style of the box makes it so easy to grab and go. I use three variations of flavors and this one is definitely in the top three. Since using liquid IV I have had fewer headaches and close to no muscle cramps.

I tried a free trial of the lemon lime flavor just to see what this was all about. Now I’m craving the flavor! This product is so great!! It tastes great, and it’s contributing to a good cause. I also love how I can drink one bottle of water with this in it and feel more hydrated than a regular bottle. You need liquid IV in your life!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This water enhancer had a really strong lemon lime flavour which I liked. It made it easy for to get my water intake for the day. The price point is a little high for my liking so I do wish it was more within my budget. It is good overall and would possibly repurchase again.

LOVED it! And it was so effective. I’m on medication that is constantly dehydrating me and depleting my electrolytes and I started having terrible leg cramps, but as soon as I started supplementing with Liquid I.V. those cramps went away. I feel great!

A much healthier alternative to the traditional sports drink. Great taste, with great hydration results. Liquid IV is now part of our sports bag checklist. The flavorful individual packets make it easy to add into a lunch bag or sports gear bag so our family is always fully hydrated.

I tried one pouch of the Lemon-Lime sample and couldn't even drink the whole thing. It was a confusing mix of salty, sweet, and sour that just didn't taste good. I ended up drinking even less water that day because I couldn't choke down the Liquid IV and I didn't have another bottle of water.

I really like the flavor of the lemon lime Liquid IV. I used 1 stick a day. Plus drank about 5 bottles of water after. I found that I felt better. Had fewer headaches, and didn't feel excessively thirsty throughout the night. I'm glad that I gave it a try, and will be buying more in the future.
