Have had severe pain due to a torn tendon in my shoulder for *months*. 4 drops and 5 minutes later, the pain was *completely* gone. I would of never believed it had I not experienced it myself. This stuff has been a godsend. Now I take it first thing in the morning and last thing at night. I can go bowling again!

I love the message and the motive of liquid iv. It tastes great and I feel more hydrated from the electrolytes but I wish it wasn’t so sweet and full of sugar, even though it says the 11g of pure cane sugar are essential to the hydration science. It tastes as sweet as a yellow Gatorade and I was expecting something more naturally lemon tasting

I am trying to cut sugar and really sweet fruits in my diet and this acai berry flavor has saved my life, I drink water with flavors I am craving for like berries. I went on a hike the other day it was sunny and hot like hell outside but this hydration multiplier did not let me feel dehydrated at all.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I like this refreshing Lemon Lime flavor. It is good hydration when I'm thirsty, and good hydration throughout the day. The label says mix with 500 ml water, but I prefer mixing with 750 ml water, I think this mixture has plenty of flavor.

I loved the berry flavor and the only reason it isn’t a 5 star at is the sole reason of it is not my favorite flavor. The hydration multiplier gives me that nice flavoring that is better than normal water and helps me stay hydration before during or after workouts.

This gave me what I needed after a day of hiking and camping. I’ve been sharing these with my family and e are all hooked. The portability of these slim packages are easy to store, adds no weight to my pack and easy to open and add to my water while I’m on a trail.

I was not able to drink it as concentrated as the instructions recommend. Suggested use is one packet in 16oz of water. I needed more than 24 to be able to drink it. Because of the strong taste, it also took me a long time to drink the bottle. I guess that’s ok if it’s hydrating me better than plain water

I love this product because it immediately resolves dehydration. It tastes great and I love the fact that I can drink less volume of water and more effectively hydrated with safe ingredients. I enjoy all the flavors but especially enjoy passion fruit. I get my deliveries on auto ship for me and my family.

I have been experiencing headaches, (prooooobably from dehydration) and after I tried my first packet of Liquid I.V., it was life changing! I’ve been bragging about it to everyone because I seriously think everyone needs liquid iv in there life. My headaches are gone, and life is full of sunshine and rainbows. :) Plus, the lemon lime flavor is on point!!!

I liked the science and concept behind it. Especially with my work not Always being able to drink water and my lifestyle traveling and exercising it’s important to stay hydrated. However I didn’t feel a difference in my body when I took them. Maybe I didn’t try them for liking enough to notice I’m not sure.
