I was not able to drink it as concentrated as the instructions recommend. Suggested use is one packet in 16oz of water. I needed more than 24 to be able to drink it. Because of the strong taste, it also took me a long time to drink the bottle. I guess that’s ok if it’s hydrating me better than plain water

I love this product because it immediately resolves dehydration. It tastes great and I love the fact that I can drink less volume of water and more effectively hydrated with safe ingredients. I enjoy all the flavors but especially enjoy passion fruit. I get my deliveries on auto ship for me and my family.

I was introduced to liquid IV at a Phoenix Rising Soccer Game. We are always looking for a good electrolyte for the kids as they both play club soccer. The lemon lime flavor is my go to flavor!! I love the taste of these. It reminds me of a lemonade/gatorade taste but it’s so refreshing! I struggle with getting all my fluids in each day but these definitely help me feel hydrated!! I have been putting one packet in a glass of water and adding in some ice cubes to make it cold and it’s so refreshing!!

I've been drinking Liquid IV for a long time and so far I've had a pretty good experience with it. The flavor is pleasant, though it leans a bit sweet for my taste. It's designed to hydrate faster than water alone, which is great for those hot days when you feel drained. I found it particularly useful after a workout, at work or even just when I felt sluggish during the day. The single serving packets are super convenient to carry around and use on the go, especially when I'm traveling or just out and about. One thing to note is that it does contain 11g of sugar per serving, which might be a drawback if you’re watching your sugar intake, but there another version without sugar. However, it also comes with a good dose of vitamins, including B and C, which is a nice bonus. The sodium content is relatively high (around 22% of the daily value), which makes sense given its focus on hydration.

Liquid IV offers an amazing product that not only replenishes your inner health but helped me with my pimples , and skin oil. You drink it before bed and when you awaken you feel so energized and ready to conquer the day. This is a truest amazing product and I am glad to be apart of it.

I tried the Liquid I.V. Lemon Lime flavor and it is amazing! I do not usually like drinks similar to Liquid I.V. because they usually taste too salty and have a terrible taste. This drink mix is absolutely amazing and has no salty flavor. The only downside to this product is the amount of carbs from sugar that are present in each packet.

The heat has been excruciating in Florida and when you teach for hours on end you need to keep hydrated. I take liquid IV in the morning before I go to work and then if the day is particularly hot and humid I add one more to a larger amount of water and drink that the rest of the day. Now I never get cramps at night or during the day. I’ve tried two or three other products but none were as Easy to use and worked as well as liquid IV.

First of all it tastes delicious. Secondly, I can tell the difference when I use Liquid IV and when I don't! My skin is already looking better and I am sleeping better because I'm getting more hydration in my body. I will continue to use this product for sure!
